Worst experience I've ever had. Took my truck in to have them fix eye turbo problem, they ran a diagnostic which they did not need because we already knew what the problem was. They had the nerve to tell me the engine was put in completely wrong and that it needed to be stripped out and redone and they couldn't even tell if the engine work. Yet. I drove this truck to them on Friday but in order to get my truck back I had to pay $280 for a diagnostic fee that the truck did not even need. Don't trust them. They charge $80/hr. labor!!!. Their book would say three hours labor and technician completes job in one hour, they charged $240 for labor. Check their work before driving to far!!!. Warranties for parts and labor ????, good luck! read more

I was driving between Cincinnati, OH and Huntington, WV when my alternator died at a gas station in Grayson, KY. It was at 7am, so I searched the internet for a car shop that could repair my vehicle. Luckily the Grayson Automotive shop was less than a mile away because my battery was already dead too. I read the reviews online and there were a ton of positive reviews; one reviewer had their alternator die while traveling and this place took good care of them. I called as soon as they opened and they said they could fix it, but I would have to get the car towed because their truck was on another job. I called AAA and the soonest they could get a wrecker to me was in 3 hours. I called Grayson Auto back, and they said to go ahead and bring it whenever and they would go ahead and get the alternator part so it would be ready when I got there. Finally got the car there by noon and it was done by 3pm. They did an outstanding job and the cost was amazingly fair. I could see most shops trying to take advantage of someone in my situation, but they were honest and very helpful in getting me back home to see the family. read more
