No coffee or waiting area but seems like a good little shop. I was in and out for this job in 30-45 mins. Perfect for this tire repair service that I needed. Patched tire, not plugged, and mounted it back on for $15 for my type of car. Would use them again.

The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly. I took my truck to Bowmans as recommended by some close colleagues. It's a newer Denali and I was…read moretold it was done. It wasn't. I brought up some issues with that trim and it was raised from being pried up. They took it back and threw a quick fix on it using panel bond to glue it down. Now what about the next guy who needs to remove that? Panel bond is like concrete. So I look at it quick and it's starting to rain. Terrible for looking over a black paint job. Get it home and noticed they chipped the paint prying with a screwdriver or something and did a very poor touch up on it. Also the blind zone system wasn't working, insurance was charged for that. I took it back after getting it in my shop under LEDs and noticing how bad the orange peel was and yes OEM has a little. Also the chip and the alerts not working. I also mentioned many times about a rattle up front in the suspension that came up when the truck went off the road. It's still there. We had to ride to Florida listening to that. I talked to the owner, never once apologized or anything. Just stood there and said they'll fix it. Almost like I was a nuisance. I'm sure I'm that guy. I get it back again and noticed it has close to 60 more miles on it than when I took it in. Weird? Maybe resetting the bcm they already charged for? 60 miles is a good trip especially since yesterday they charged the insurance $400 for a tow bill. This isn't owned by Mark Bowman anymore. I'm either going to trade the truck in, because it's still not right, or just pay out of pocket when we get back in town and get someone to fix it all right and repaint that bedside or just reshoot it myself and put it on the lift and find the rattlling. Let's pray they didn't panel bond the flare and steps on.

But after my recent experience, I wouldn't trust them to rotate a tire, let alone touch my car again. I brought my spotless, well-maintained 10-year-old vehicle in for an alignment. They told me the lower control arm was bad--fine, I asked for a quote and agreed to bring it back the next day. But then they lowered my car, parked it just outside the bay, and the mechanic immediately started blowing out the shop with an air hose. He coated my car in brake dust and filth--right after the front desk woman had just complimented how clean it was. I calmly expressed concern and asked if they planned to clean it before I left. The mechanic lazily wiped a window and ran the wipers. That was the extent of the cleanup. Then, without warning, the woman comes outside, tells me I have an attitude, hands me a $20 bill to go wash my car, and tells me to leave the lot and never come back. I was stunned. I did nothing but respectfully speak up about damage they caused. This wasn't just unprofessional--it was insulting and absurd. After a lifetime of loyalty and countless referrals, I'm done. Whatever Tireland used to be, it's not that anymore. Their customer service is non-existent, their respect for people's property is worse, and if this is how they treat long-term customers, I can't imagine how they treat new ones. Avoid at all costs.
