DA BEST small business owner and flower shop of all time! This shop is truly a gem and deverses…read morethe solid 5* reviews. It's the wonderful representative of the small, friendly and adorable town of Visalia! My husband and I were driving from Danville CA to attend one of his very close friends' Mother life celebration in Visilia. We needed last minute flower arrangements for their home and a large one for the church/country club event the next moring. Thank to Yelpers, we stopped by Creative Flowers, only 30 minutes before they closed. The owner and her daughter were beyond wonderful, friendly, sweet, and helpful. We chose a nice flower arrangement they had in the store. However, the star of this review was the large flower arrangement for church the very next morning. Since it was definetely the very last minute order, we relied on the owner to make it beautiful based on whatever flowers she has. The result of her work was beyond amazing. According to my husband's friend, who has very high standards: it was EXQUISITE and we agreed with him. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, very well designed, delivered on time and the white ribbon made it even more elegant. We were beyond happy... Owning a small business, especially a flower shop where the life span of these flowers is super short., isn't easy. It requires hard work, dedication and the heart and love and this shop has it all. Flowers attach to our emotion: either a celebration or time of sorrow and grief. The owner of this shop and her family definetely have all of the ingredients to deliver whatever our hearts ask for... We love supporting small businesses. This adorable flower shop and the owners for sure took a piece of our hearts and made us falling in love with the small but wonderful town Vialia! If you need flower arrangements to send to those you truly love, this is DA PLACE!!!

A special thank-you to Danette, who was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and genuinely cared about making the bouquet special for my mom. Her kindness made all the difference. Highly recommend Creative Flowers--they truly go above and beyond!

I live well out of the area so consulted Yelp for help finding a florist. I looked at a couple of different reviews and decided I would try Julie's because of the very positive feedback. It's accurate! Letty (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!) was very professional, helpful, patient, and understanding of the definition of Customer Service. She actually listened and was not only very honest but upfront and able to provide last-minute delivery for the funeral. Letty was also sure to ask me a contact number because she didn't want to just drop the flowers outside in the extreme heat. She wanted to make sure the family was delivered flowers that were ordered, in a condition that would make us all happy. So kudos to this place! If you're anywhere that needs flowers delivered in the Tulare area, please call Julie's! You are going to get more than you pay for.

It didn't seem like he wanted to make any new bouquets for us on the spot, but he pointed out that there's only a few bouquets available right now. He pointed to 3 bouquets and we picked the most expensive & nicest ones! The arrangement was beautiful and had a pumpkin as the vase. I think the cheapest was $59.99 for a mini vase of assorted flowers. I am out of town, so I only went here because I was thinking the price would be reasonable and usually wholesale places has better prices. I was hoping that there were more arrangements available and options to choose from.

After checking out the floral businesses online, I chose Sequoia Plaza Flowers and I purchased a lovely arrangement and paid to have it delivered later that day. I also alerted my son to expect a delivery. Late in the afternoon I got a call from him advising that nothing had been delivered. On checking, I found an earlier email advising me of the flower cancellation due to the specific flowers being unavailable. Even though the shop was closed for the day, I called the florist number and ended up talking directly to Michelle, the owner. On hearing my story, Michelle quickly volunteered to make a similar arrangement and also deliver it to my son and DIL. She was extremely kind to offer that (it was late on a Saturday afternoon and her store was closed). She not only made a very lovely replacement, she delivered it too. My kids were thrilled and loved the flowers! Michelle went above and beyond to help out this very happy customer and I highly recommend her floral shop. It's obvious she values her customers and is creative in her floral designs. Thank you, Michelle!

I called the funeral home, and they recommended a couple florists in Fresno, but when I went to their Facebook pages and websites, they had arrangements that were expensive and yet they looked cheap. I reached out to a friend that lives in Reedley and asked for a recommendation, and boy did she come through for me, by recommending Fleurie Flower Studio. She reached out to Laurie on my behalf to see if she would be able to help me. I am based in Orange County, so Laurie and I talked on the phone to find out what I needed. She asked for what the main color I would like, asked if i had any preferences, gave me a range on price, and was even able to deliver the arrangement for me (for a fee) ensuring that it would arrive on the day of the funeral on time, at the location. She was so easy to work with, and made a sad situation more bearable. She sent me photos of the arrangement the day it was delivered and it exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was beautiful, and was well worth the price. I had looked at her Instagram page before we spoke and saw her work, so I just let her use her creativity to build the arrangement. When we spoke, she mentioned to me that she is a local grower and she also sources from other local flower farmers. I love that many of the flowers were grown by her, which adds an extra special touch to the arrangement. I highly recommend Laurie for your floral needs.
