Nick from Vargas Weddings married my wife and I January 5th, 2020. After meeting with Nick a few months before the wedding, Kelly and I knew we had made a great choice. Nick was genuine, friendly, and professional throughout the process. On our wedding day, everything went as planned. Nick was able to personalize our ceremony just the way we had hoped. The day of our wedding was a whirlwind as we rushed to have everything prepped and ready for our guests. Nick arrived about two hours before the ceremony and was calm, cool and confident. He relieved our nerves and walked us through each step of the ceremony and what to expect. He had such a peaceful and loving aura that made our ceremony so special. His words perfectly matched the style of our wedding. The best part about working with Nick was his ability to be flexible about our needs and to communicate to really uncover what we were looking for in the ceremony. He gave us a phone call about a month before the wedding to see if we wanted a religious/non-religious ceremony, to get to know who me and my husband were, what we do, and to see what pieces of the ceremony were most important to us. We expected everything to go wrong on our wedding day. But it truly was perfect and Nick was a major part of making that happen! Thank you, Nick! read more

Vargas Weddings - Nick even brought two outfits and asked what we would prefer for the ceremony. - Officiants Near Me

Have no fear, Nick has it all under control. I wanted to get married to my longtime boyfriend, but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and knew I didn't want a theatrical process. I got in touch with Nick who recently officiated a wedding I attended and explained my expectations. My vision was for me, my boyfriend, Nick, and a witness to take it seriously, but to keep it far from tradition as possible. Nick put me at ease immediately and was prepared to deliver what I requested, though I got the feeling that even if I had changed my mind to have a ceremony, he would have instantly accommodated us. I am so pleased with the day from moment go. Nick had a vision even though I didn't and it was perfect. Either I'm better at articulating what I want better than I thought, or Nick is just very perceptive. The day consisted of meeting Nick and our witness. Nick took the lead and demonstrated just the right amount of seriousness, fun, and compassion. Our witness took some wonderful pictures and was ready to help in any way. After the brief ceremony, we did the paperwork and we were married. It was simply perfect for us! I have now observed Nick officiate in a formal, church setting with a large crowd and some complex vows to a less than 5 minute, straight to the point vow exchange (mine). I have no doubts that he could do any ceremony in between. I highly recommend Nick. He is not only adaptable and efficient, but he has just the right amount of compassion and care. read more

Reverend Nick Vargas recently officiated our wedding. We could not have been happier to have him as our wedding officiant. He is the sweetest person. We knew that he was the right person for the job from the very beginning. He is patient, caring, and very professional. We wanted a meaningful yet traditional wedding. He invited us to his home and spent time to find out what we wanted for our wedding. He emailed us different verses that he had written and asked us for our opinions as well as helping us to revise the words to our liking. He helped to create a customized ceremony that was very meaningful and very personal. We would highly recommend Reverend Nick to any bride and groom looking for a wedding officiant. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We feel so blessed to have had him marry us. Thank you Reverend Nick for making our day so special. read more

I've seen Nick Vargas perform a wedding in The Sequoias and a Quincenera in Dinuba. I'm not a big fan of ceremonies, but his were great. Personal, natural, and with a great combo of sincerity and humor. When a friend asked me to be their wedding officiant, I reached out to Nick for advice on writing a ceremony. Performing a wedding isn't as easy as one might think, and having his years of experience and insights was very helpful. My friends were very happy. If you are looking for a wedding officiant, I highly recommend him. He's also very open to new ideas and will work with all types of couples and venues. read more

Reverend Nick recently served as our officiant for our wedding. He provided a draft for us to review. We met with him a few times before the wedding to practice and go over suggested changes. We incorporated extra items to our ceremony which he was more than happy to accommodate for us. The ceremony itself was very personal and touching, and it was reflective of what we truly wanted to convey. It was also the perfect length for us. Reverend Nick did a great job as our officiant, and you will not find a more likable, professional, and responsible officiant than him. Reverend Nick can really help make your special day a truly remarkable and memorable day. We really appreciate all that he did for us, and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking an officiant. read more

Minister Paul Vargas officiated our wedding ceremony on October 6, 2012. Our ceremony had the perfect setting over looking the San Diego skyline and ocean front. His performance and beautiful words were the perfect touch to our unforgettable ceremony. Our guest only had great remarks about how Mr. Vargas officiated the ceremony. To hear our guests comment about our ceremony really reinforced that we made the right choice. When we had our initial meeting with Mr. Vargas, he outlined our ceremony, after hearing him speak and carefully explaining how things were going to unfold, we were confident we had made the perfect choice. The months leading up to our wedding, Mr. Vargas was in constant contact with us to see how we were doing and how things were. We were glad he was able to rehearse with us the day before to do a run through of our ceremony. That helped us to really have a clear picture of what was to come. We only have high remarks about Mr. Vargas and his services. And we are truly pleased with the way he officiated our ceremony. Thank you Mr. Vargas for making our special day memorable. read more
