He took it by to be fixed and was then told that it would be $250 because it was worse than what he originally thought. My husband ordered the parts himself for $37 and installed them but the door wouldn't line up properly because we don't have a shop or the equipment and experience to do it right. So, while my husband was at work, I took the truck back to have them align the door, I was standing there looking at the truck with them and was told that the door frame was completely rusted out and would have to be removed, welded, reattached and wasn't given a estimate because the work would be extensive and take a full day if not longer. The truck has no rust at all, absolutely none, I realized these people were not only liars but were utterly unprofessional and the worst kind of crooked business owners. There's no telling how many people don't know better and just pay what they ask for, this is sad and it's disgusting to do this to people and take advantage of them. I took the truck to H and H yesterday right at closing so they could work on it today, at 9:11 this morning they texted me saying the truck was done, everything is perfect and it will be $20. If that's not proof that Stans are nothing but crooked liars, I don't know what is.

My Experience With This Dealership…read more I'm leaving this review because I want other people to know about my experience before deciding to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I originally purchased a Kia Optima from the dealership and unfortunately, the vehicle began having problems within about two weeks. I was patient and gave the dealership time to address the situation because I appreciated that the dealership man initially seemed willing to work with me. However, the Kia didn't even last a month before the problems became serious enough that I could no longer rely on it. I had already made payments toward the previous vehicle, but shortly after getting it, I began experiencing serious reliability problems. I was then given a replacement vehicle, but unfortunately, I ended up having problems with that vehicle as well. At one point, the vehicle was overheating and cutting off. I was also dealing with issues involving the radiator and radiator hose, and I was told that the vehicle needed repairs. There were also concerns with the oil and an oil leak. These issues left me in a very difficult position because I rely on transportation to get to work and take care of my responsibilities. I repeatedly communicated with the dealership man and tried to handle everything respectfully. I was told that the vehicle would be worked on and that I would receive updates, but there were multiple occasions where I was left waiting for responses. I would send messages and receive little or no communication, even when I was simply trying to find out what was happening with the vehicle. Eventually, I reached the point where I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the vehicle situation. I asked for my money back because I had done everything I was asked to do and had already dealt with multiple vehicle problems. I even made an effort to return the vehicle and followed the instructions I was given regarding where to leave the keys. Despite all of this, getting a response about my money back became extremely difficult. I had to repeatedly reach out just to get an answer. I want to make it clear that I did not go into this situation looking for an argument or trying to cause problems. I genuinely wanted a reliable vehicle and trusted that the dealership would help me when the vehicles continued having problems. I was patient, cooperative, and communicated respectfully throughout the entire situation. Unfortunately, my overall experience has left me extremely disappointed. Having a vehicle repeatedly break down, while also trying to get to work and handle everyday responsibilities, caused me a lot of stress and financial difficulty. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to **thoroughly inspect the vehicle, have an independent mechanic look at it before purchasing, and make sure you fully understand the terms of the deal and what happens if the vehicle develops problems.** I also recommend keeping records of all payments, messages, repairs, and conversations. I hope my experience can help someone else avoid going through the same situation.
