We drove a long distance to have Wolfsburg Tech work on our Vanagon. They had great reviews and…read moreapparently were Vanagon experts. Paula and Rick were great and seem like fine people. Maybe it was COVID and the owner getting sick, or maybe it was them hiring new mechanics possibly unfamiliar with Vanagons. Either way, we were without our Vanagon for 6-7months and had to tow the Vanagon back to them at our expense with multiple unresolved issues Including it dying several times. The Vanagon was a daily driver for years for us and was very reliable. The repairs we were having done were creature comfort items and preventative maintenance. I did find a radiator fan lead wire disconnected just yesterday after picking the van up for the second time when I got home and noticed the fan not cycling on. Based on our experience we will not be returning to Wolfsburg.

He said a truck will be right out and it was no problem to get the car home to Griffin. The driver was there in under 30 minutes. He was very kind and friendly. He even went a different way to my house to save me about $20 which I greatly appreciate. If we ever need a tow, I will call them first. He laughed and said well ma'am I can't price you for that if I don't know where he is. Well, can't you just go there and get him? I was very dissatisfied with his customer service.
