Employees were unaware of my appt and said online appointments were not recognized with their store. They stated the tech (manager) would not be in for another 3 hours and he could help me. They stated I could leave the phone and would be called when it is ready. Employees showed no concern for my request. I made appt at another store and was given proper service in only an hour. This store is not helpful.

The employees went out of their way to call a local auto shop to get labor estimates, along with trying to get me the cheapest cost on an alternator. One employee even took the time to escort my car to the local auto shop due to the danger of driving with a dying battery. I cannot commend the shop enough for helping me in this situation. Although the issue has been pinned as a simple dirty connection to my battery, I would have been lost without the guidance of the superb employees of O'reilly!

Usually it gives you the standard warnings of tired, a bit slower cranking and signs the battery is getting weaker. Wouldn't crank Monday. I thought I hadn't driven it enough to fully charge it. When I did get it started I headed to the first choice of O'Reilly's to buy a new battery charger as my old one had just about had it. 10/50 amp charger $58 bucks. I didn't think I'd need it for a while but better to buy one now than be stranded and need one. Fast forward from Monday to Wednesday and the car won't crank again. Took it in again and the battery is bad. Now get this. The battery had a three-year free replacement and the warranty expired on that Sunday. So, Monday buying the charger was one day out of Warranty and today was four. The manager honored the warranty and replaced the battery free of charge. If not, that'd be like a $165 for a new battery. Even installed it for me. So, my faith is good service from this company is confirmed by this act which was up to the manager. While I don't buy a lot of car parts, when I do, I will be returning to this store or the O'Reilly chain in general. All in all, I thought that O'Reilly's automotive as "fair and balanced" when they handled my dead battery problem.

I rarely leave reviews, but this business is just extremely dishonest. My husband's truck door…read morehinge broke at work one day and he stopped at old Clinton on his way home, the owner was at the store also and saw the problem and told him he could fix it for $100. He took it by to be fixed and was then told that it would be $250 because it was worse than what he originally thought. My husband ordered the parts himself for $37 and installed them but the door wouldn't line up properly because we don't have a shop or the equipment and experience to do it right. So, while my husband was at work, I took the truck back to have them align the door, I was standing there looking at the truck with them and was told that the door frame was completely rusted out and would have to be removed, welded, reattached and wasn't given a estimate because the work would be extensive and take a full day if not longer. The truck has no rust at all, absolutely none, I realized these people were not only liars but were utterly unprofessional and the worst kind of crooked business owners. There's no telling how many people don't know better and just pay what they ask for, this is sad and it's disgusting to do this to people and take advantage of them. I took the truck to H and H yesterday right at closing so they could work on it today, at 9:11 this morning they texted me saying the truck was done, everything is perfect and it will be $20. If that's not proof that Stans are nothing but crooked liars, I don't know what is.
