Barista was incredibly polite and friendly! Love this location because we've always had great interactions with staff at this location.

We liked our drinks, ok. But the kiosk had what appeared to be 5 to 6 people inside. The music inside was very loud, the employees were busier chatting than helping, we requested a paper receipt at checkout. First, the gentleman handed us one drink. Said have a good day, then tried to walk off, my wife asked for our second drink and the receipt. He just tried grabbing a receipt, said for "another name" my wife said no. Then she got her drink, and he didn't yet ask our name just tried to grab another receipt. Wrong again. So, he finally asked our name and we were handed our receipt. The baristas and the person outside taking the orders definitely should've been more specific on mentioning the drinks that are free on customer appreciation, even thought I asked about it before even ordering and still did not bothering mentioning. Ordered white coffee, got regular. Also ordered a sugar free white chocolate mocha, and it was so clumpy couldn't drink it.

I love the energy drinks but sometimes they go overboard on the ice which is ridiculous considering the cost.

With a place like this, who needs Starbucks up the hill? I do! And here's why: I ordered a 24 oz non fat latte and a poppyseed lemon muffin top. My bill was about $10 The only good thing I can say about my experience was that the service was pleasant. What was delivered was awful. Instead of the lemon poppyseed they gave me a chocolate chip that was cold. I mean COLD as in refrigerated. Who wants refrigerated baked goods, still wrapped in factory plastic? Not I. It was a processed food tasting nasty piece of inedible ick. Three dollars wasted. And that was the highlight. The coffee was lukewarm and had a funky taste like the milk was bad or maybe that it was soy. Truly awful. I tossed it. Another $5+ wasted. Save your money. This place is just awful. read more

Horrible customer service. I got in line at the drive through at 7:50pm and there was multiple cars in front of me, they were taking their sweet time to get through the cars and when I came up to the window they said it's already 8:02pm and they won't take my order. I was so upset because I got there before 8 and they made everyone drinks and then said I came too late. It would take 30 seconds to make my drink. I went out of my way to come to this place and they didn't even take my order. Very disappointing. read more

So excited to have a local Gravity! It's a little weird that it's right next to a Starbucks and it is tucked away just a bit. Super nice baristas, yummy drinks! They have their own brand of energy drinks with multiple flavors that are much better tasting and healthier than Rockstar or Redbull used at other coffee shops. If you have a furry friend with you they also have puppichinos. Great coffee and coffee alternatives...including kids drinks. Check out their secret menu....but...shhhhh its a secret! read more

Parkland location never disappoints I go here every morning for my drink, diet purple drink with zero base and coconut milk topper if you have tried it you should lol. Annabelle and Abby are awesome they have great customer service and always greet me with a smile. They know my drink too so that's a plus. Thee best coffee I had while in town! We absolutely loved the quality of coffee flavor and service, we will definitely return whenever we visit this state. We ordered Chai Tea latte with extra chai and oat milk and I ordered an iced mocha and vanilla latte. Loved, loved every drop! read more

I don't know how, but every time I go to this location of Gravity they never get my drinks right. I think they need a better system than just memorizing what I said without writing it down. I ask for 24oz coffee with 2 shots, and I get the full 4. I ask for a energy (let them pick the flavor) but PLEASE no orange..I get orange and another flavor. I ask for a specific energy, and they just made something that wasn't near what I asked for. I will drive further to another Gravity location to get drinks. Their drinks are great don't get me wrong!! But if I'm paying what I am to get them, I just want them done correctly. I don't think that's a lot to ask for. read more

I'm so sad! I've loved the Parkland location since it opened, but it's just been terrible lately. All the girls I used to see are gone, and the new ones seem so incompetent. I've had to repeat and return my drinks because they were wrong the last 3 times, and the last two times my hot latte was barely luke warm. Besides just getting my order wrong,I had to say "whip on all" 3 times our last trip through, and none of our drinks, including my kids' hot chocolates, had any. And what in the hell is up with the prices lately!? I stopped on a work break and got a grande flavored mocha for me and a grande flavored hot chocolate for my coworker, and it came to almost $13! I thought the new girl must have charged me wrong, so I ordered rhe same a couple of days later and it was just as much. Just, no. I still have some money left on my gift card, but I if this keeps up I'm going to have to find a new favorite place! read more

Overpriced and not personable at all. Typical chain that reminds me of a Big Foot Java. HIGHLY recommend WOLFE CLUB COFFEE that is less than one block over on the same side of the street is WAY better. They have been a part of the community for a very long time and their customer service and hospitality is unmatchable. read more
