The longer: I've been coming to iLove Spa for over a year now, and I've admittedly been hoarding what's the best massage secret in the area. The entire staff are so beyond friendly. It's always clean, and the team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Shan is the absolute man. He genuinely understands muscles and anatomy. I tore my meniscus, and a few months later I had an unbelievable foot pain - he used pressure points to fix it. I come in with tense shoulder or a stiff neck - and he uses exactly the right pressure to help alleviate tension and pain. Genuinely, I feel so very lucky that this place exists in our neighborhood. I've referred so many friends, and can't recommend iLove spa to the Yelp community highly enough!!

I found them on ClassPass and must say that if you want a gentle massage, this may not be the place for you because they're all strong and find the spots that you need to be worked out. You may be sore the next day. But I don't go for a massage for gentle, I go to have someone really work on my tight areas and these folks do just that. The prices on ClassPass are not what they receive so I recommend tipping 20-30% to make up for that. I love them and can't recommend highly enough. I do wish they would switch up the music though. It's always the same.

I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews but I am leaving here VERY unrelaxed after I had a…read more90 minute massage. I have been here many times and never had an issue. The massage was good. I have no problem with the services they provide. I have always used Apple Pay when I have gone and it has never been an issue. The first time it declined I assumed it was the card because that's what she made it seem like, so, no problem. I used a different card, there was an error again. I tried a third card and at this point it was clear it was an issue with the machine. They asked if I had Zelle, I do not because my bank account does not link to it so I could not set it up even if I wanted to. At this point I was no longer relaxed, worried I'd have to call someone to come pay for me, or I don't even know. I wasn't going to leave without paying. I scrambled to search to see if I had access to a card number on my phone. Luckily I had an online account for a prepaid card which would display the number so after a few tries to find this I was able to access a number that they could manually type in. It worked and at this point I had been there about 10 minutes trying to figure out this dilemma. I had ordered an uber home before I was going to pay since I thought this would be quick but my driver waited for me and I had to cancel and pay a fee of $5 because of the late cancellation which added to my frustration. The woman at the front asked, "did that just undo all of it" and I was short but not impolite and said yes. I don't like to take my frustration off on workers so I was just trying to get out at this point. I still tipped the $15 I was planning to because I know it was not the masseuse fault and she did a good job. I was not offered any discount for the issue and ultimately I was made to feel like it was my fault because my cards weren't working but it was clearly an issue of their machine. I'm very frustrated because I like going here because it's near my work and I've never had an issue with them until now. It's very frustrating to me that a business would not value their customers enough to give some type of discount which I was not gonna take out of the tip so I ended up paying the full amount of $108. The massage was relaxing in the moment, but now I am completely unrelaxed because of this situation. It does not feel like it was worth it at this point and I feel like I just wasted my money and time.

The recommended time was before 3pm - I arrived shortly after opening at 11:30. Unfortunately, they only had 1 masseuse that was already booked for an appointment. I came back later at 12 for the walk in, when their second masseuse arrived. Highly recommend just calling ahead and booking an appointment to avoid the limited staffing in the earlier hours. Tina was my masseuse, and she was so sweet! She really massaged out my knots at my requested pressure - it hurt SO good. The massage was well paced, and I never felt like she was rushing through any part. Would definitely request Tina again if I return! Each massage "room" is clean and spacious, but the curtains don't close too tightly. Not much of an issue, but the rooms towards the front have small gaps in the curtain that may or may not be visible from the waiting space. Just something to note, definitely not a dealbreaker. Cash & card are both accepted.

Don't think twice, look no further, this place is truly a great find! I wish I lived here just so I can get my massages here...ALL THE TIME! All I have to say is come here, you won't regret it! Visiting NY we did plenty of walking and running around from place to place all day long, everyday! We were exhausted by the end of the day. My legs and feet were definitely feeling it a few days into our trip. So we planned on getting massages while we were here on vacation. Everyday I looked to see where we could get a good massage. I finally found one! I called in the morning and Steve answered the phone. I was hoping and asked if we can schedule same day appointment. He asked what time we were looking for and let him know, a couples massage for evening if possible. He said that he could make that happen! I asked if we could also extend it longer past an hour (cause an hour is never long enough!) and he was able to do that as well! I wish I could remember who our masseuses were cause they were amazing! I loved every single minute of our 90 min massages! I let my masseuse know of any sensitive areas and she knew exactly what to do and had just the right pressure! It was so relaxing I wish it didn't have to come to an end! My favorite part was the hot stones! Steve was very nice and accommodating. His staff were very professional. Pricing is $60/hour, which the best you will find and can't beat! Honestly one of the best massages I've had in a very long time with great customer service!
