Special shout out to the framing staff, who went above and beyond to help my husband and I complete a couple of framing projects by cutting mats and a print, even though they were dealing with all the Christmas madness. There are several other Michaels near my home, but this is by far the best one.

I picked up a gently used machine that works like a charm for my basic needs (hemming, small repairs, etc). This machine was as good as new, including with the manual and accessories, but for less than I'd pay for a lower quality new machine. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable.
