Easily my favorite place to purchase tea…read more I stay loyal to Purple Sage even though I live out of state now and often find myself sending friends their online tea list so I know what flavors to buy for them while I'm back in Delaware. I should warn you that the online tea list is often outdated and sometimes they will not have the flavor you are looking for. The owner, Elizabeth, will patiently let you smell every tea you could ever imagine. All the employees have a demeanor that is warmer than a fresh brewed cup. MUST BUY TEAS: The Spirit of Christmas (black & green tea mix with cranberry and pineapple bits), Princess Leia (green tea with peach & pear bits, rose petals), and Hazelnut Vanilla Black Tea. The options are truly limitless and selecting so few to call favorites is almost painful, but these stand above the rest. As you may have noticed, they make what they call "nerd collections" of tea blends inspired by Harry Potter, Star Wars, Dr. Who and many many more geeky shows. I'm not a fan of the crystals and reiki stuff in the store, it's an invitation for spiritual warfare but the tea section-- including tumblers, bagged teas, mugs-- is amazing and worth a visit!
