I contacted Mike Hayes & Associates and scheduled and appointment for a consult during the last week of May. We have a big back yard project involving landscaping/grading/design around a pool that we needed help with. William came out as scheduled, looked at the area, took some measurements, etc. He quite honestly wasn't overly friendly and seemed dismissive of any ideas I had. Once he had all the necessary info he said he would get back to me with a plan and estimated cost. Fast forward, its now three weeks later. Not one word from from William or anyone else from the company. I'm not the kind of person who will chase people down to give them my business (and for a big project, nonetheless) so there is currently another landscaping company doing work in my back yard as I type this review. Mike Hayes & Associates probably do outstanding work, but their business response quite frankly is horrific.

William is extremely knowledgeable regarding local vegetation and trees, and offered numerous suggestions regarding what would and would not work. Once the plan was finalized we set a date for the work. He closely managed the entire landscaping process and the results were BEAUTIFUL. We've received many compliments on our side and back yards with many thanks to William's efforts. His prices were absolutely REASONABLE and he did NOT charge extra for all the design and drafting work he did for us unlike so many other landscaping firms in the area.
