I would give Agropro zero stars if I could…read more I want to start by saying the staff in the office and the technicians are very kind and polite to deal with. The problem lies with the actual results Agropro delivers from their services. I have been on their premium monthly subscription service for over 4 years and my yard looks as worse as it ever has. Every year I go through a back and forth where I try to cancel and they say ohhhhh please don't cancel. We will send the manager out and take a look and get a plan together. And then they offer me half off aerating and ask me to give them another chance to make it right and talk about how they are gonna really hit it with pre emergents in the fall / etc. Nothing actually happens and they don't actually improve anything. If you want to pay $70 a month for 4.5 years to see no improvement in your yard, choose Agropro.

Say No to Agropro. We were an agropro customer for years for lawn care and mosquito treatment…read more Last year, we noticed that the mosquito treatment wasn't satisfactory and requested a respray. Shortly after the respray we noticed a pattern of tremendous damage to the majority of our shrubs, trees, rose bushes, hydrangeas, even several of our healthy banana trees toppled over. We hired an independent professional to evaluate our entire property. They confirmed that the harm to our landscaping is consistent with the treatment that Agropro improperly applied. We tried to work with Agropro for a solution. Agropro defended their chemicals, offered to give a a "soil enrichment", suggested we pay additional for shrub and bush maintenance, and said all of our plants and shrubs were salvageable. This Spring, everything remains damaged consistent with the application of the chemicals. SAY NO TO AGROPRO.

The owner, John is very knowledgeable about lawns and offers advice on what can be done to improve its quality. I have him scheduled to come every 2 weeks and we have arranged for him to come, anytime, there is no need for me to be present. I think that what I like best about the service is that the owner is willing to find out the vision that you have for your lawn and then let's you know what is needed to achieve it. He is upfront and honest, if he can't do something many times he is able to recommend a company that does. I prefer a person who is honest and willing to turn down jobs and refer others than a person who is trying to hustle people out of their dollars. Good Guys Lawn Care is truly owned by a good guy.

However, Chris the Operations Manager and Josh the owner both came by, called, and text and went all out to ensure the issues that we had were not only rectified but did everything to make things good going forward. I could tell Josh, specifically, wanted to make sure that they proved that any mistakes made were not the norm with them and they were going to make up for all issues and gain my trust going forward. For this I was very thankful. Unfortunately, companies make mistakes but how they address them is what makes some standout from the crowd and that is what Josh did with GrassRoots. The owner Russell came out to do an estimate on removing a massive tree in our yard which was doing considerable damage to our house. After giving a very fair price for the project, he promised to come within the next 2 weeks, which they did. As stated, the tree was massive (see attached pics) and Russell and his team began work. The tree proved to be a formidable foe for the team, but they persevered and got the tree cut down and hauled off in due time. One of the amazing things is the lack of debris left behind. The guys did a great job getting that tree down and everything removed. These guys are the ONLY tree service I would recommend in the area. They service the Cartersville/Dallas/Hiram and surrounding areas. Their prices are extremely fair, they're very professional and very reliable. Their equipment is in excellent shape and they can manage little jobs up to extremely large ones. Russell follows up timely when contacted, unlike many lately.
