Ken installed a frost free hydrant for our barn and did a great job. He gave us a fair quote, arrived when scheduled, and was easy to get in touch with. We ran into one small problem and he fixed it without an issue. Would highly recommend for quality of work, follow through and excellent customer service. Would absolutely use their services again. read more
Grass Helpers is the worst company of all time. Left me high and dry without a maintenance man to service a my sprinkler system! Didn't show, does not care! read more

Horrible customer service!
We were in the process of selling our home and had to replace our septic tank one week before the closing. As a result they had to cut some of the sprinkler lines and we needed to repair them ASAP. I called Grass Helper and left a message but eventually went there in person to get someone to repair the system on an emergency basis since it had to be fixed within a week. After explaining the dire circumstances regarding the time crunch, I was told by Tracy they were booked solid for the next two months and there was nothing they could do. She made ZERO effort to even try to help, basically telling me "tough crap". When I advised her they had installed the system and I had been a customer for 15 years, her response was "well we haven't been there since 2016 and that was only to winterize it". So apparently their level of customer service is based on how often they come out for maintenance and how much you spend! They were not willing to delay a new installation even a day to try to help me. I will make sure I tell the new owners of our home to never use Grass ("NO") Helper and will recommend Wayne & Sons Sprinkler. Wayne came out immediately even though I was not an existing customer which is probably why my neighbor uses them. read more
