We called about 10 places and all said that they were either "short staffed" or "our town was out of the service area" (Yet Rheem had them listed on their list.) - We finally called Green Team Drains and Dwayne Frederick who was prompt to return our call and literally came same day to make the assessment and amazingly within 30 minutes had a replacement water heater and ready to do the repair. This was amazing! Dwayne was extremely professional, ensured our floor and other areas were protected and knew what he was doing! In fact, he improved the connections that we had from the main water line to the new water heater. He was up front on his service call fees and provided all the necessary receipts for us to file out claim. He was pleasant to talk with and accomplished the total repaid within 2 hours (from assessment to full installation). I would highly recommend Dwayne and Green Team Drains for being responsive (not excuse givers by the other 10 recommended Rheem contractors), professional, took care of everything (I keep records on everything and had all my paperwork in hand to assist in the process), left me documentation to file my claim, hauled away all materials and cleaned up the area he worked on.
