Our Rheem Water Tank, bought in November 2018, had an electrical shortage rendering the HW Tank non-functional. We called our warranty from Home Depot and was referred to Asurion who gave us a list of Authorized service centers to assist us with our water heater. We called about 10 places and all said that they were either "short staffed" or "our town was out of the service area" (Yet Rheem had them listed on their list.) - We finally called Green Team Drains and Dwayne Frederick who was prompt to return our call and literally came same day to make the assessment and amazingly within 30 minutes had a replacement water heater and ready to do the repair. This was amazing! Dwayne was extremely professional, ensured our floor and other areas were protected and knew what he was doing! In fact, he improved the connections that we had from the main water line to the new water heater. He was up front on his service call fees and provided all the necessary receipts for us to file out claim. He was pleasant to talk with and accomplished the total repaid within 2 hours (from assessment to full installation). I would highly recommend Dwayne and Green Team Drains for being responsive (not excuse givers by the other 10 recommended Rheem contractors), professional, took care of everything (I keep records on everything and had all my paperwork in hand to assist in the process), left me documentation to file my claim, hauled away all materials and cleaned up the area he worked on. I want to thank Dwayne (Green Team Drains) and his team for his excellent work. On Sunday January 28th our water heater broke down. Water was leaking all over the basement floor. I immediately contacted Dwayne to ask if he could replace the water heater. He recommended that I purchase the water heater and he would pick it up and install it. We discussed the installation cost and within an hour they were at my home removing the old water heater and installing the new. His team did an excellent job and left my basement clean. I had an amazing experience hiring Green Team Drains after a major plumbing company came over, looked at my water heater for 1 second and told me to replace it. I had a minor warranty issue with a water heater I purchased from another company. Dwayne came by the next day with a smile on his face! He quickly figured out what the problem was, called up the manufacturer's customer service line for me and figured out how to get my replacement part. It wasn't available anywhere so he drove out of his way to get the part for me, and installed it the next day (which was a holiday). A++++ service, and Dwayne is an awesome guy. I will absolutely be using them for any plumbing issues going forward. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working well. The Plumber came and saw the problem and I paid the Diagnostic fee ($65.00). I waited over 1 MONTH from 9/17/23 - 10/17/23 and They NEVER came back to fix it. I called their office nearly every other day. Spoke to the Manager with no results. They did not refund my money. My home warranty company issued a complaint about them and stopped doing business with them. Do not hire them. They are not responsive. read more

Our bathroom remodel went on for 3 months, not the 3 weeks we were told. They showed up to start for the day around 4pm most days if they showed up at all. Bathtub was in our dining room for 3 months. Very messy and tracked filth everywhere. We cleaned the grout and tiles with tools to clean up the grout mess they left on all the tiles. They had to pour the shower floor twice as the first didn't slope to drain and the second was only marginally better. Overall horrible experience. read more

I live in a 2 unit house and my neighbors have been having some issues with their first floor bathroom sink. A couple of days ago, they called the company to check and fix the issue. Not only they have not been able to fix it, but they have messed up my own sink and bathroom. Our 2 units are connected, so when they came and tried cleaning my neighbor's clogged sink, they used a snake that came all the way through the pipes and to my own sink. I got home, to a messy bathroom, it was disgusting, there was dirty everywhere, on the floor, the sealing, the window, etc. Not only that, but also the sink is damaged, the wall has a hole, etc. The company has came to my unit and cleaned the mess, but they DO NOT want to take any more responsibility over their actions. Someone in the office called when the plumbers where in my unit and asked them to make sure they cover their backs so that they are not liable for any damaged they have caused. On their website it says "Our team of experts is dedicated to providing exceptional services", so I am really hoping that they will accept their responsibility and fix or pay the repair of the damaged caused. read more

They responded to my claim via choice home warranty! They called the morning of the appointment to confirm their tech is coming over. Tech showed up, looked at the toilet flush tank, identified that it needs a new water shutoff valve and a new flush mechanism. He contacted his "boss". Overheard the boss tell him not to do anything but to report it to the office. He collected the service fee which should be paid once the job is completed ( but I paid it anyways). The tech then walks out saying that he has to go to a different job and the office will call back to reschedule. I was not happy about leaving me without the work completed! I called the office to find out when they will come back! The non professional CS rep gave me a canned answer of "can't do anything until they get approval from the insurance company" and hung up the phone ! I contacted tte insurance company ( who would approve the work within 15 minutes) and they said they are still waiting on the technician to provide information about the job - 4 days later !!!! In short this company is a scam! Came to collect the service fee and flea! They give no priority and no care for the customer! I will be asking the insurance company to black list them for future work! read more

Dwyane the plumber acted very unprofessionally and sabotaged my plumbing after we had a pricing disagreement. He came to snake a drain and when he left, not only the toilet was not working but he also messed up my hot water heating out of spite! Terrible, unprofessional and I now have to lodge a complaint with the police and the city of Boston! Horrible plumber! Stay away unless you want more issues! read more

Amazing Service! I am completely satisfied with the work I received for the 2nd time around, in addition he shows up when scheduled or within hours of calling. I received polite customer service and he wore a mask which was complying to the CDC face covering recommendations. Most importantly he finished the job quick and the problem is fixed. Pricing was great if not lower than most plumber companies, which would have charged me extra for late hours! He left my bathroom clean and taken care of. This team came out to fix an issue I had outside of my house and ended up fixing a major plumbing problem that occurred while they were there.
