They told me that the amount of snow that we received would typically require three visits to remove so they charged us per inch with 6 inches being "one removal". I understood that, however we were only serviced once. I was told "it doesn't matter" if they serviced my house once or three time it's the same amount of snow. Of course being serviced three different times would have made a difference in my home and being able to leave. We have been stuck snowed in all day, if they actually came three times we could have left our house so that is a massive difference. My husband and I are both doctors in the local area and have to take emergency patients even during snow storms. I just believe more politeness and transparency is needed from this company.
