Wow! I recommend Estate Sales Minnesota without reservation (and I am a tough reviewer). I wish I…read morehad known about her earlier when I sold other homes. I will use her use her again and again, and refer her as much as I can. Not only did we obtain proceeds beyond our wildest dreams, but the process also went as smoothly as possible. Dana (and her team) were responsive to all our requests, patient when we asked for favors, and complied with the strict COVID rules in the building, which is full of senior citizens. Her pictures were stunning, her research on the art was in depth, and her calming personality fit well with my somewhat anxious family members having difficulty parting with things. Thank you, Dana! You made a potentially difficult process extremely easy and profitable. You are great!!! JP

I purchased a bedframe and mattress lot through Estate Sales Minnesota on the K-Bid platform. When…read moreI arrived to pick up the items, I was informed that the mattress was not included. I explained that my bid was placed specifically for the mattress and that the bedframe itself was of little interest to me. I requested a refund on the grounds that the lot was not as advertised. At that time, I spoke with Corie, an employee of Estate Sales Minnesota. She was dismissive and stated that no refund would be provided because used mattresses cannot legally be sold in Minnesota. She added that, had the mattress been included, it should be considered a "gift" and that I should be "thankful" for the bedframe. I reiterated that the listing advertised both the bedframe and the mattress, and that I had not received the full lot. She again refused to issue a refund and walked away. Not wishing to create a scene at the auction site, I took the bedframe and left. Once home, I contacted K-Bid by email. They informed me they had forwarded my message to Dana Arvidson, the owner of Estate Sales Minnesota. I also submitted a contact form through Estate Sales Minnesota's website, requesting clarification. After waiting two weeks without receiving a response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Following that, Ms. Arvidson reached out to me, but only after my credit card company contacted her. In her email, she asked me to reconsider the dispute. I explained again that I did not receive the mattress that was advertised and that I was requesting a refund. Ms. Arvidson then falsely claimed that she had previously spoken with me by phone, and that during that call I had said everything was "fine" and I no longer wanted a refund. This is untrue. I asked her to provide proof of such a call (a simple screenshot of her call log with date and time), but after that request she stopped contacting me directly. Instead, she emailed K-Bid claiming she had offered me a full refund, which was also false. In addition, she asked K-Bid to suspend my account, stating that she was upset by the situation and that I should be satisfied with the purchase because the bedframe "was worth $4,000." That valuation may have applied in 1980, but certainly not in 2025. Regardless, the issue remains that the advertised lot included a mattress, which was not delivered. Ultimately, my credit card company ruled in my favor and refunded the $150 I had requested. This outcome is what angered Ms. Arvidson most: she assumed she could bully me into dropping the matter, deny me a refund, and avoid correcting the issue. In the end, however, she lost the dispute. Despite her insistence that K-Bid ban me, I continue to bid on the platform successfully under another name. The facts remain: I bid on and purchased a lot that was advertised as including both a bedframe and a mattress. The mattress was not provided, and I was denied both the advertised goods and a direct refund.

Babe assured me on the phone that Foxtail would figure out a way to do the job on time for us and they somehow squeezed it into their schedule. They were professional and up front about costs. I was so impressed with their willingness to work with us even though it was obvious they had a busy schedule. Babe and Brian maintained excellent communication through the entire process. They could have easily have taken advantage of our difficult situation but clearly chose not to. This company had integrity and strong values that I came to trust. I am happy to recommend them.

I don't know where to start with how awful this company is. My girlfriend and I moved into a place…read morethat they manage in June of 2018 and have had literally nothing but problems from that day forward with this company. They decided to switch our contact and who we were dealing with to get keys and to let us into the building. We had a plan in place to show up at a certain day, get keys, and move small items in. Of course when they switched people they neglected to tell us this and we were left waiting at the townhouse with no keys and no representative from Vibrant. When we moved in the townhouse was an absolute pigsty. There was dust on the main ac vent at least 4 inches thick, all of the screens were either filthy or had multiple holes in them, multiple holes were left in the walls, multiple light bulbs were burned out and multiple items were left by the previous tenant. They then took any and all paint and wall repair items because "oh our wonderful handyman can take care of this". Keep in mind they had two months to clean all of this up and have it taken care of before our move in date, but chose not to do that. As if moving day isn't stressful enough these people decided it'd be a good idea to replace the refrigerator and microwave on our first day of moving in. You would think this would take about an hour or two at most but their "stellar" handyman took about six hours to do this all while we were trying to move in. They also snuck into the lease (which we didn't get until the second day of moving in) that we had to pay for the home service plus plan to cover the appliances even though we're the renters and not the owners which is another $45 a month. At this point we should have not signed the lease and tried to live somewhere else but didn't really have a choice. They refuse to send the handyman to the unit unless someone is home so if you need anything at all you have to take off work because he won't come outside of normal business hours or let himself in unless someone is home. It took about 2 months of living there for these incompetent morons to even schedule a window cleaning that should have been done before we moved in. They also are in the stone age when it comes to accepting rent. They'll only take it in check form and even if you date it the 5th they'll cash it the 1st which should be illegal. They've "tried multiple online payment options" all of which are unheard of and completely asinine compared to a simple paypal or venmo account. The garage is a nice plus but you better hope you never lose power or you won't be able to get in. There is supposed to be a key that will release a latch in the garage in the event of a power issue, but this God awful company isn't willing to spend $100 to get a replacement unit/key even though one was never provided to us. Even with all of this absolute absurdity and hassle my girlfriend and I liked the location and actual townhouse enough to want to live there another year. In April of this year we asked about getting a lease renewal since you're basically required to give a 2 months notice here. We got the lease sometime in mid June - approximately 2 months after we asked for it and after our current lease had expired. This is basically the norm for this incredibly incompetent company. Don't expect a response via e-mail or a call back in a timely manner or any amount of time short of at least 2 weeks. They then decided to sneak in a section at the end covering maintenance even though they told us the lease would remain the same. They now want to charge us a trip charge if this "handyman" that can barely rip open a wet paper bag comes to the unit, then charge for time and materials. We also are required to rent a carpet cleaner at the end of the lease and send in a receipt to them. Never in my life have I seen someone place such unfair and unrealistic expectations on the renters of a unit. The whole point of renting is to not pay for those things since it isn't actually any of your things in the unit. This company apparently can't seem to understand why that's unreasonable. We waited a bit to sign the lease which my girlfriend did electronically. They never actually sent me the lease however and I've asked about it a few times since in the last few weeks. I've gotten maybe one response that they sent it over and to check my spam folder. I've been checking my spam folder and e-mail in general meticulously the past two weeks looking for this lease and lo and behold nothing has showed up. It finally did show up after waiting a couple weeks. This is hands down the absolute worst company I think I have ever dealt with, not only for renting but just for anything in general. They have so much turnover that every time you talk to them it's someone new either e-mailing or calling you. This company has single handedly caused so much hassle, frustration and irritation it's almost unfathomable. Avoid this incredibly awful company at all costs.
