I really wanted to give this place a chance, but my experience was frustrating from start to…read morefinish. The quality of the work was poor. The prints were dull, postcards and business cards were cut unevenly, missing or broken hardware they refuse to fix and the final products didn't meet even basic quality standards. The turnaround time was also far longer than what I was promised. I was told my order would be ready the next business day, but it ended up taking nearly a week. When I asked for clarification, the only explanation I got was that "the factory has its own turnaround times." If that's the case, why promise next-day service at all? It's misleading and shows a serious lack of communication between the shop and their production team. I've personally witnessed other customers come in upset about similar issues. Such as incorrect prints, bad quality, and missed deadlines. Unfortunately, I experienced the same. The employees at the shop are polite but seem to have no control over the actual production, which is handled by their "factory," 777sign. That's where everything seems to fall apart. To make things worse, I was told I could get my order the same day only if I paid double. I was also quoted different prices for the same product by different staff members. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure to confirm the price per square foot yourself. Consistency is clearly not their strong suit. If you want cheap and don't mind poor quality and broken promises, this is your place. Otherwise, spend a little more at another local print shop that values your time and delivers what they promise. I definitely regret giving SingSingSign a chance.
