In the past, I would go to random printers or even online for my promotional/marketing/branding needs and always felt like I was getting the run-around. I went to Rivera Ink though, met with Leilani, and I wouldn't even consider using another source now. I suggest that you contact Rivera Ink and meet with her asap. She will energize you about your business and give you more ideas of products you can use than you can imagine. I was blown away by how good and how many ideas she came up with. (I literally spent 2 1/2 hours with her talking about products for my business.) It's hard to come by businesses these days that legitimately care about their clients and will go out of their way to produce something that you are completely satisfied with. Recently, I had signs made through Rivera Ink to put out in front of homes we designed and that are under construction. They turned out 100% better than I could have hoped for and were delivered on schedule (woo-hoo!). I have a multitude of other items in the works with Rivera Ink too now (pens, business cards, banners, promotional gifts, just to name a few). Completely unprofessional and unreliable!!! I went to them to have my client's brochure printed for a trade show out of town, which is time sensitive. I sent them an old design to get a quote. A few days later, after my client agreed on the price, I sent them the new design labeled FINAL. They never quoted me the shipping fees, although I asked repeatedly how it would be delivered. Couple days later, only after I inquired when it will be done, I was told there would be a $75 shipping fee! Then I was given 2 hours to pay the balance before UPS pick up in a text. I was in meetings all afternoon and missed that deadline. And thank God I missed that deadline and it wasn't shipped. When I showed up the next day to pick up, I almost had a heart attack! They printed the old design! Can you imagine the look on my client's face if they were to receive the wrong brochure the day before they leave town for the trade show? When I questioned them about it, they completely refused to admit it was their mistake and called me names! If that's the kind of print shop you want to work with, go ahead!
