    Incredible seafood!

This is the absolute best Moroccan Lebanese food that I've ever had. Great people. Comfortable space. I brought sparkling wine. You must try them out!,

You need to book your table ahead. It's small restaurant . Since we had reservation we got the table.the menu is pretty decent. The food came out in a flow. It was nice. Ordered mint hot tea which was very good. The food on the whole is good. The service is also not bad but they got kinda slow I assume because of how busy it was since it was a weekend night. The place is aestheticallydone. Very Moroccan.

We loved Grape Leaves!! It is such a cozy spot in downtown Oak Park that I highly recommend. It has a very warm, intimate, family fun feeling, and the food is quite affordable and delicious. I've gotten takeout from them a few times as well, and their pita with babaghanoush never disappoints, with falafel. We loved the lamb chops as well, they were the perfect texture and quite smoky, and were complimented very well with the side of the flavored rice, smoked veggies and yogurt sauce. The waitress is also very kind and the service was great! Overall cannot recommend this place more, so sad that we didn't get to try a Tagine, but we will be back!

Food is well-prepared and tasty. But for most of the dishes, the portion is skimpy. Order 2 entrees if you're hungry!

So good, the wait can be a little long but only because everything is cooked fresh. I love the tangine cooked chicken and the shrimp kabobs

Great med food and not the usual American fare. Would go there if I have chance. The place is smaller than other restaurants, but cozy.

First-Their free bread is served hot and fresh, and the sauces they come with are so flavorful! I will always get seconds because they're just that good. -Their Baba Ghanoush was one of the best Baba Ghanoush I have ever had (I don't say this lightly). It was very smokey and savory. The pomegranate on top perfectly complements it. -Arnibit (Cauliflower): People like this one a lot, but I personally think it's just the presentation that is appetizing. It tasted like a regular cauliflower, and I wished the sauce complemented and infiltrated the cauliflower more. It felt like I was eating two separate things. -Mixed Grill: the chicken and the beef were juicy and well made. The kefta was the star. It was soft and so well seasoned, and every time I order it I wish we could have more. My only comment would be that we wish the portions are bigger, considering the price was pretty expensive. This could only fill one person in my opinion. Nevertheless I love it. They also have very specific and unique dishes that you don't normally see at bigger restaurants. We have tried some before and they were not bad (but again just wished the portions were bigger) Overall we recommend this place. Baba Ghanoush and the Kefta are musts!

Me and my gf had the hummus, mixed grill plate (with fries), and a chicken schwarma sandwich. We also really enjoyed the arak lemonade drink. First time trying Lebanese food, was not disappointed. Highly recommend!

See, the place looks great, the food looks great, the service is great. But the food just isn't. And, pay attention now: there is hardly any food. And it is way, way overpriced. Example 1: Wagyu Shawarma. First, it's not shawarma, it's a kebab. A teeny weeny kebab. Second, there are four tiny pieces of meat. It's barely an appetizer. It's a tapas for 1. You could easily eat 4 servings of this. But it's $32. And it's just not that tasty. Kind of tough and fatty, actually. Example 2: Shish Barak. There are 5 dumplings. They are tough. They have a fingernail of lamb each. The sauce is grainy. And dull. It's barely an appetizer. It's a tapas for 1. But it's $42. Forty-Two Dollars. Plus tax and tip means $55 out of your pocket for a dull appetizer. We had two cocktails and $12 bottle of Evian. And walked out with a bill over $175. BUT WE WERE STILL HUNGRY. Down the street we had smashburgers and fries for DINNER - now those were really good. You can tell I'm still salty. Now you can go somewhere better.

As typical for a counter serve, this facility is no thrills but it's kept very clean and the service is straightforward and great. We've gone back here a few times and have never had an issues with wait time, which is impressive as it can get pretty busy with orders. We've tried both the Chicken Kabob Plate and the Kifta Kabob Plate and both were fantastic. They truly make the meat here the PERFECT tenderness - probably the softest and juiciest chicken I've had in the city!!! The hummus and falafel that the Plate meals come with are also delicious. 10000% recommend for a casual Mediterranean meal or takeout

This place is a local gem: simple, quick, casual, but packed with flavor. The falafel is crispy crunchy and herby served with two sauces (the red is bright and spicy - my fav), and you can see that juicy shawarma rotating in the window as you pass. Though unassuming on the outside, this place serves yummy Lebanese food at high ROI. Of the two shawarma plates I tried, I fancy the beef, but I tend to lean beef. The chicken was clean and flavorful. The hummus is creamy and delicious and the plates are served with a balsamic fresh salad on the side. The guys behind the counter are working hard and if you're picking food up to-go, you're likely in and out of line with hot fresh food in under 10 minutes. Definitely a spot to try if you've never had shawarma or Falaffel, or need a quick bite while on your lunch break. Also wouldn't be a bad late night snacky
