After visiting Granzella's restaurant and lounge across the street, I just had to make time and check out this beautifully displayed gift shop directly on the opposite side of the street! The moment I stepped foot into the store, I knew I was going to have an interesting shopping experience! There were so many pretty and fun items available for sale. Housewares, kitchen gadgets, jewelry, clothing, accessories, nik knacks, interior & exterior decor, holiday items, candles, specialty foods & beverages, and so much more! As Joe K and I wandered through the store, one of the sales ladies asked me if I needed help and I said I was still browsing and would let her know. I was making a mental note of what I was going to purchase, and although it was hard, I limited my list down to 4 items. As soon as I finished making my rounds, I returned to my first item of choice: a large, expensive, but lovely sounding wind chime, which the posted sign requested that interested customers should get assistance from a sales associate. My intention was to get the chimes as a gift for my cousin's wedding, that we were planning to attend tomorrow near Redding. And as luck would have it! This place does gift wrapping! My plan was, that while the gift was being wrapped, I was also going to buy myself a cute fish glass paper weight, a necklace and a pretty black top that was on sale! The store was not busy, so I walked up to the register counter to get the wind chimes chosen. Right at that time, the sales person was having an in depth conversation with a man who was obviously not buying anything, but just wanted to shoot the breeze! They talked about what kind of trees grow in the area, and then what kind of vegetables that grow best. I stood there for several minutes trying to look obvious that I needed help, but to no avail. They were completely engrossed in their discussion and neither one of them looked my way or acknowledged my presence. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer and had to disappointingly give up, leaving the premises empty handed..... I debated on how to rate this place on the Yelp star scale. The shop itself should get at least 3-4 stars, but the rapid decline in customer service was more of a 2 star rating for me personally! Went to the ice cream part of the gift store on Nov. 19, 202 3 and the two girls working that afternoon about 4 pm had the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. The attitudes were horrible, and they would just walk of and disappear into a back room. They acted like we were bothering them. Think twice before bothering them. read more

Located conveniently in the same building as the restaurant, this gift shop has a great assortment of Italian eats. My go-to purchases at this shop are focaccia bread and pre-formed cannoli shells. They have a nice selection of gelato if you're craving an ice cream cone for dessert after eating in the restaurant. You can also find a good assortment of wine, beer, candy, and pastas (I love the gnocchi) as well as a plethora of different types of seasoning for the chefs in your life! The gift shop also features an olive tasting bar, where you can try before you buy. Don't skip out on the focaccia or the sourdough bread, both are delicious! Cashiers are very friendly and mine was sure to ask me if I had a coupon from Granzella's Inn, to ensure that I got my discount on items purchased. Love this place! read more

Outstanding old fashioned chocolate shakes. Terrific craft beer selection. Kombucha on tap, fresh walnuts and tons of olives - yum! The bar is easy to miss, I didn't see it the first several times I stopped in - the door is next to the bathrooms and opens up into a big room full of sports TV and dead animals, including a polar bear - friendly staff and decent drinks. The deli is just plain/boring and restaurant next door is pretty terrible - avoid these. read more

What a neat little shop with all sorts of intricate small trinkets. I wish I spent more time here and shop, but since the shop refused to let us use its bathroom, we had to shop elsewhere. The owner/shop manager was very friendly until we asked if we could use the restroom. It was interesting to see her facial expression just turn like that. Unfortunately, I have no respect for people like that. I had over an hour to kill while waiting for the Tesla to be charged. Too bad you turned away six very potential customers. read more

Stopped by this place mainly because it's close to a Tesla charge station. Yeah look like it like a nice quaint little place. I walked in the door and saw the beer selection and was completely blown away. They have better beer selection than a city 10 times in size and the prices were reasonable. BUY. THE. OLIVES! I usually wind up dropping a few hundred getting several of the very large jars of olives, pickles, and a few pounds of imported porcini mushrooms. Personally, if I am cooking Italian, I'll pass on anything domestic (never as good) and will definitely pass on anything boutique (always garbage), and head straight for the imported stuff (unless I absolutely can't find otherwise) Granzella's has a great selection of authentic Italian products (as well as some French). If you want quality, expect to pay a lot for the imported stuff. If you want to pay less, buy the domestic novelty junk (it won't be anywhere near as good as the authentic stuff though). Sandwiches are always good, but the parking is usually packed. read more

I saved up plenty of spending money for our family trip and still ended up leaving the gift shop with nothing but two Mason Jar drinking glasses from the Clearance shelf. Whenever I come to visit Williams, I make it a point to stop in to see the latest there... I always find something unique and special.
