I've used Granulawn for years to treat my trees and shrubs. Jesse Blevins comes out and does the work. He's very polite, professional and spends time with me explaining the work and teaching me how to better care for my lawn and landscaping. My wife really appreciates how has a genuine interest in our property and is personal with us and our pets. Jesse gives me instructions on how to care for my shrubs and trees between his treatments. He advised me on to successfully move a tree to a better growing location and how to do some simple tree pruning and trimming on the shrubs. If I win best looking curb appeal in our neighborhood, it will be because of Jesse. read more

I work for a commercial real estate company who uses Granulawn for lawn landscape and sprinkler system at one property they never or very seldom mow the whole property Usually they cut along the street and around the building but often do not do the rear of property or on edges of parking lot ( Sometimes they actually weed eat) . we have to remind them to start up our sprinkler system which is under contract and all I think they do is turn on controller and open water valves because we always have broken or leaking heads and it is difficult to get them out to repair. if I had a choice I think they could hire a high school kid that would problem do a better job read more

I called to schedule an appointment - they were able to get out to my house within 2 business days. Once the technician arrived, he quickly found the problem - a broken sprinkler valve (which was exactly what I told the office when I called them). The tech had no valves with him, and was unable to make it back out to my house for another 2 days. Once he arrived, he did a great job of replacing the valves, but left the mud chunks all over the lawn. We were billed for the valve replacement, a reasonable amount. Imagine my surprise when I got an additional bill - nearly 2 MONTHS LATER - for an hour of technician time. This second bill was for the tech's first visit, when he spent maybe 10 minutes looking at exactly what I told the office was wrong. Needless to say, unless every other sprinkler company in the greater Omaha area is as bad as these guys, Granulawn will not longer be getting any of my business. read more

Company does not honor their commitment on scheduling services, once you call they try to put it like is your fault.

They do not care at all about their employees especially out in the heat. They only care about the almighty dollar. I would never hire them to do my lawn. read more

I've only needed assistance from Granulawn 4 times. The receptionist is incredibly rude EVERY time. The service is -ok. Granulawn (receptionist and whomever comes out to do the job) acts like they're too busy to answer questions or help out. They do the job, aren't very pleasant at it, get their money and done. I will not be using granulawn again. read more

Have used them for about 12 years at two homes. I must be slow because it was only this year that I realized that every single year (and at both properties) we magically need two sprinkler heads replaced every year ...not one, not three but two every time. ..and I ave never been shown the damaged ones. I no longer believe thse odds. read more

Apparently this company shows up to do work without authorization. I hired them last year with the intention of winterizing my sprinkler system myself which I did. Bill in my door for 50 dollars for work I had already done. Be careful when considering this company. read more

We have spent thousands of dollars on irrigation, landscaping and related services. The front office staff at Granulawn is simply the worst in the industry. From billing, to scheduling mix-ups to attitude. Then, when they are asked to be accountable for their errors, Scott's reaction is that we can take our business elsewhere?! No problem. I'll take mine, the multiple people I have referred and my contacts in the real estate industry elsewhere. I will also tell anyone else that would like to hear about my experience with your company just how poor your customer service is. read more
