Great spot, spatular view, beautiful, quiet area and very clean! Nothing is close by, which was fine. Walmart 20 mins away in TN! Chattanooga was bout 30 mins away! Plenty to do there! But we came for a quiet view! we will be back soon!

A friend of mine recommended this place. I had not stayed at a cabin like this before with my family, so I wasn't certain what it would be like. My idea of vacation is to relax and enjoy doing very little. This place offers both comfort and rustic feel. The cabin we had was nice yet simple. There is AC, TV, DVD/BluRay, WiFi, and such. But the outside swing, porch, and fire pit are quite relaxing. There are not necessarily hiking trails, but there are lots of places to explore for the adventurous. In way of best cabins for the view, pick Moose Tracks, Hoot Owl, Fish Tales, or Turkey Hollow. We stayed in the Hummingbird, which has a large living room area. It is situated behind the gazebo area, so it is further back than the other cabins. I got to meet the owners, who do a lot of the work maintaining the property themselves. My kids are already interested in coming back. I recommend stopping at a Walmart along the way especially for the cold stuff. -I-24, Kimball state route 72 (*closest to cabins) -I-59 N, Fort Payne route 35 -US-27 S, west of Chattanooga, state route 41 -US-72 N, Scottsboro Besides food, bring (staying 2+ days) -Paper towels -Toilet paper -Soap, shampoo, etc. -Charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter -Campfire starter -Grill spatula -Laundry detergent -Mosquito spray -Fly swatter

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend at lazy moose on pond in July 2020. It was absolutely better than the pictures can describe. The cabin was immaculate, with everything you would need supplied (except food), built on top of a large pond. The scenery was beautiful. Would absolutely highly recommend Kenny and Grant Summit Cabins!

We had an amazing time here!!! The place is awesome and was just what we were looking for and more. The view was breathtaking!! Plenty comfortable for our family. We BBQ 'd most of our meals while sitting on the swing outside. Our meals we enjoyed eating on the porch table to be able to enjoy the view. It was quiet and peaceful and the road in was just long enough for a short nature walk with the little kids. We had a hard time leaving. But we took with us some great family memories of playing card games and laughing together . As we were leaving we were checking out dates to return in the fall next year as we could only image what the views would be of the leaves changing. We see many more fun times being had at this location. The owners were awesome and gave us some suggestions of places like groceries and local homemade sausage place . It was yummy!!

Just outside the cabin as the morning sun was cutting through the trees and fog.

Beautiful view! Can't say enough about the view. The property is very nice. It's gated, so the only people there should be there. We stayed in the Elk cabin (farthest one on the left as you drive up). Nice loft in this cabin. Has a hot tub and fire pit too. The cabins all overlook the Tennessee river and Nickajack lake. You can see trains driving by below by the river. You can hear them as well, although the sound was soothing, not a bother. It was peaceful in the cabin. Nearby is Lookout Winery and wood oven pizza. It was so nice that we went twice.

We went to use Amex Hilton free night benefits and they were kind enough to up-grade us to the side of the facility with the better views and a balcony. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool an hot tub looked really inviting, but it was just a little too cold for me to take the dip (I regret that decision now btw). Be sure to call ahead to ask about the amenities. For example, the hotel has its own six-hole course that I think you can play for free. Had I known, I'd of brought my clubs an booked a t-time. My wife went to the spa and said it was great.

The staff is top notch and the rooms are well appointed. We had a room on the Terrace level where we could walk right out to the heated pool and hot tub (which we skipped, but it looked amazing)! It's very dog-friendly with walking and hiking trails, stunning golf course, fire pits, games, and other amenities, for just about any visitor. The only thing that missed the mark was the food service and quality. We went to Croft, but I expect the food quality is similar at both onsite restaurants.). Otherwise, it's a magical spot to spend any long weekend or holiday.

We'd debated on the Tiny Cottage or TreeHouse and thankfully for 2 people, the TreeHouse was most appropriate for space. Check in was contactless and pretty easy based on the instructions provided by email. Golf carts and/or ATVs are provided for you to get around the property which was pretty cool. The TreeHouse was stored with most of your household basic needs. The only thing we needed inside that wasn't available was a cheese grater and colander for a recipe. However, we were able to improvise. There is a store on property which is accessible 24 hours. We were under the impression that the store carried eggs from seeing them on several TicTok videos, but that was not case during our stay. There were none in sight. Additionally, the store's payment kiosk was out of order so we were unable to purchase anything additional. This would've been nice to know at the time of booking. We ended up having to leave the property and head to the nearest Dollar General & Foodland for a few extras which was a short distance down the street. When returning from Foodland, we came across the manager who happened to be on the property. She was nice. The property's amenities were nice. We really enjoyed the main firepit and the people we met. Blankets were provided in a nearby bin. We didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities as the temps dropped significantly during our stay and a freeze warning was in affect. All in all, it was cozy, quiet and a peaceful retreat (except for the acorns hitting the top of the treehouse). It should be noted that the stairs are short and steep, getting to and from the bedroom (upstairs) and bathroom (downstairs). My friend slipped a little while going downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but she was fine and didn't hurt herself.

The initial booking interaction with the front office manager was excellent, and she went out of her way to make sure we were familiarized with the property, how to get in and out of the coded gate, and where to find our documents/keys, etc. as we were checking in late upon arrival. The cabin was beautiful, if not a tad outdated in the typical "Gatlinburg mountain-style" motif, and was settled nicely by itself without an immediate neighbor, so we felt very comfortable, secluded, and able to fully relax - the ideal weekend getaway environment! What was even better was the pricing. Our cabin was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, dishware, silverware, etc, and a living room area with 2 couches, a lounge chair, including a flat panel with tv access, and all across 2 stories. Everything was very well cleaned, the loft area was beautiful, and even had an in-room whirlpool-jetted tub. Everything they said they'd do, they did. Great service, nice location very close to the Fall Creek Falls State Park, and within 15 mins either way of the nearest town for additional options. Overall, we'd most certainly visit here again the next time we're looking for a hike along the beautiful falls nearby!
