I called ahead to check about insurance for my husband they said it was covered (through premera) turns out it's covered after you hit $3200 out of your own pocket.. which you'll do pretty quick I think they assume by giving you a treatment plan of 2 times a week for 8 weeks at $180 a pop. Maybe I should've known this but also feel like this should've been clarified when I called over the phone. Either way I still would've sent my husband just didn't love what felt a bit like a bait and switch. The chiro was late. They "ran out" of parking passes, we ended up having to pay for parking because we went over the 90 minutes, that was just kinda the cherry on top. Overall they will help you get better just posting this for transparency and so maybe going forward they'll be more forthcoming with their customers.

They were super accommodating and got us in for a consultation right away. Everyone we met from the receptionist, to the doctors to the nurses, were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Reed was fantastic! He explained everything in detail and scheduled the surgery as soon as possible so my husband could get on the road to recovery and get back home. On the day of the surgery the anesthesiologist, physicians assistant, surgical nurse and of course Dr. Reed all met with us individually, introduced themselves to both my husband and me, gave us a thorough explanation of their role and the procedure, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The surgery itself went well and we were given really clear instructions - verbally and in writing - about what we needed to do post surgery. Again we were met with kindess, humor or professionalism every step of the way. My husband keeps joking that we should visit SOC again. I like them but hope this is a one and done relationship!

She walked me through a multitude of range of motion tests. All this leading to a workout regimen that she kindly emailed to me. Also, Matthew (at the front desk) was great. Although I was there an hour early, he was willing to provide alternate timeslots at the drop of a hat. All in all, a wonderful customer experience. Should I get health insurance, I would come back for a more prolonged P/T treatment plan here.

It has taken forever for my injury to heal after a couple of surgeries and the laser therapy here really helps aid in the recovery. From the first visit you can notice real improvement in range of motion and no more pain! This is incredible and I'm not sure why more places don't offer laser therapy as a non-invasive treatment. Colin is super friendly and makes the sessions go by quickly and painlessly. They have all types of equipment for any kind of PT you may require and have private room spaces if multiple PTs are working with patients. They practice social distancing and good COVID-19 precautions, wearing masks and requiring patients to do the same at all times. The space is warm and inviting with a waiting area at the front. They put out a quarterly newsletter that is great to read while you wait. They seem to always have interesting workshops available as well as informational tidbits worth learning about in the newsletter that you have to get in-person at your visit. I definitely don't dread going to PT here so that's an improvement from the PT place I had to go to as a teenager with a similar injury.

I was able to book an appointment within a week, which was very convenient. The front desk is very friendly, prompt, and polite. To a point where I felt service I was receiving was noticeably high quality. They also require that all patients wear a mask during these times, which I appreciated. The place is not very big, so every time I went, I did not have to worry about being close to others and did not notice any other patients waiting. After discussing with Dr. Anderson about what my issues were, he took the time to explain to me what the potential issues could me, which I really appreciated. They ran some X-rays on the spot, and after a few minutes, Dr. Anderson took me to his computer where we went over his thought process of what I had. He laid out 3 options for me without being pushy about any. I decided to go with an MRI next (since my bones seemed fine). When I came for my follow-up appointment, Dr. Anderson showed me the MRI on his computer and walked me through his thought process of what he saw. He laid out the options of either more PT or speaking to a surgeon. We talked it through and I've decided to now go see a surgeon since PT wasn't working. He made a point to refer me to someone who he felt wasn't going to push surgery on me and look all of the information before making a decision, which I appreciated. Overall, I really recommend this place! I feel that I received high quality service and would definitely return if I have any other issues.

I was told "He does not diagnose things comprehensively like that. You have to make an appointment for one body part at a time." That seemed odd, but his online profile sounded so wonderful that I decided to continue. Long story short, this office views things very very rigidly and compartmentalized. The receptionist seems to have oppositional defiant disorder and that's a reflection on the person who hired her, to me. In fact, she verbally chastised me, at length, not once, but twice, for trying to follow the city's COVID-19 restrictions to keep other patients safe when my daughter was sick. Apparently it was an inconvenience for her. That attitude really concerned me as I want a doctor who is looking out for everyone's best interest, not only their own interests. I never did get a helpful diagnosis in the end. I am sure she will fight this review, too. LOL.
