He got in touch with me right away and was out the next day or so to give a complete estimate which was detailed and actually followed the law. Their price was just a little high for us, so we went with another who we had to fire, so I guess you get what you pay for. The company has a super nice staff and Carlos was so professional. His communication with me was great and he always got back to me right away. Had I to do it over again, I would have simply hired Carlos Fence and would not likely be trying to replace the company that decided to let their Worker's Comp lapse in the middle of my job. Sorry, Carlos Fence, I know you would have done a great job.

The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Each time I would come home to see the progress something was done incorrectly and we had to call David again. Then the guys had to come back and take more time to do what we asked for in the first place. The overall quality was not as high as I was expecting from the pictures. The drip down into the wood from the panels happened the first week and the break between the wood slates was there from the beginning. When I asked for a refund or some kind of a discounted deal because of the amount of issues David got very rude. We would not work with them again.

We picked Torrance fence because 1) the price point was good, 2) I felt like the sales person was very detailed in the questions that he asked and all of the fine points that he went over, and 3) it was the only sales person that offered me a booklet where I could see all of the options and gave me the most detailed information. I'm so glad we did. Our fence turned out gorgeous!!! Every interaction with their company was extremely professional and very organized. They told me it would probably be three weeks before we were scheduled but they actually scheduled us like a week later. They were the only company that asked us if we wanted to fence in part of our side yard that was not previously fenced. We ultimately decided to do that and ended up with 200 more square feet of backyard space. We never would've thought of that if he had not suggested it. Love the fence and great experience with this company. Highly recommend!

Torrance Fence checks every box. From the very beginning, Gago was incredibly helpful in guiding the design process and making sure the new fence blended beautifully with the existing layout. He stayed in communication throughout the project and made sure his foreman, Art, understood my vision, the unique challenges of the property, and the results I was hoping to achieve. Art was genuine, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was obvious that he truly cared about delivering the best possible outcome. His crewman, Angel, lived up to his name--kind, hardworking, and professional. Together, they worked harder than any crew I've encountered on a home project. They had a long distance to haul materials, endured sweltering temperatures, and never once complained. I treated them to lunch both days, and their sincere gratitude touched me. Their work ethic and positive attitude were remarkable. The finished product was flawless. My client commented that the new fence was a tremendous upgrade to the property. In fact, I'll be looking for opportunities to send more business their way because crews like this deserve to be rewarded with more work. Thank you, Gago, Art, and Angel, for making my job easier and for delivering such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Torrance Fence!

I had two wooden manual gates that I constantly had to open, and I reached the point where I was…read morecompletely tired of doing it by hand. I decided to find a few vendors to install automatic gates for me, and I knew I wanted aluminum because it is much lighter and requires far less maintenance. I always have my assistant contact at least three vendors to compare pricing and to get a sense of whether they are truly knowledgeable. My assistant found two of the vendors and I gave her the information for IRON MEN gates to schedule the appointment. From the moment Elad came out on day one, I was extremely impressed. He has a genuine, down-to-earth personality, and he was serious, professional and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the project - exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my gate. The other vendors were much more focused on sales and pitching, rather than taking the time during the initial walkthrough to thoroughly review what I wanted. Elad's proposal was also significantly better in quality and detail. The turnaround time was fast, and it included clear drawings and detailed information about what would be done--something I had not seen from any other vendor I've hired for work around my house. At that point, I knew I wanted to move forward with them. There was some negotiation on pricing, but ultimately I felt the final cost was absolutely worth it. Once I signed the proposal, everything went into motion immediately. They ordered the materials and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process. Elad responded quickly whenever I reached out, and when questions or concern came up, he always had solutions and worked with me. I also had several change orders. They were very patient and accommodating, and importantly, they handled my requests without delaying the completion date by an additional month (which is common with many vendors). They were able to schedule everything effectively and still complete my gates with minimal delays. Every team member who came out -- electrician, the two smooth stucco pillars crew, and the aluminum gate installation team -- was professional, polite, and respectful. Construction projects are stressful by nature, but they were genuinely the easiest vendor I have ever worked with. The best part is that my aluminum gates look incredible. Everyone who passes by my home has commented on how good they look. I have only left a few reviews in my lifetime, and I rarely do unless a vendor truly exceeds expectations. I am very particular and somewhat of a perfectionist, so it was not easy for me to find someone I considered exceptional --but this was absolutely one of those cases. Elad listened carefully to what I wanted to create and brought it to life. They completely out-shined, out-performed, and out-classed them all. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be a returning customer!!!
