The company never has anything straight, they're constantly changing things which makes everything way more complicated and adds to the lack of communication amongst coworkers in this company. The company also underpays their employees I was hired on at minimum wage level in the year I was there I got a 30 cent raise, meanwhile I was expected to do manager level work and had a very strict time limit that had me so stressed out I couldn't think of anything other than work even when I wasn't at work. Also if you ever tried to stand up for the clients because you realize they were being treated unfairly the company would attack you for it degrade you make you feel like you're stupid on and on and on. All I can say at this point is I truly hope this company Burns.

I was a medi cal patient at Granite wellness centers they sent me to the Auburn residential center…read more While there I was repeatedly teased and disrespected by the patient's most of who were there instead of doing jail time. While in treatment I was called the monkey by the people staff and patients made derogatory comments about me and my skin color. There was a running joke about me the only African American in the facility being basically just a trained monkey. I brought it to the attention of the program manager and my counselor but nothing changed it seems they were afraid to address the concerns. Finally an administrator visited me at the facility and transferred me somewhere I could finally get some help. However they sent me to Grassvalley which had even less diversity but had one African American staff member at least. Who really worked hard to ensure I was heard and received some sort of treatment. Upon graduation I still have no relapse prevention plan or aftercare. I do not recommend Granite Wellness centers for treatment if you are a person of color. The institutional racism promoted by the executive management and turning a blind eye to patient welfare shows is not a place for healing.

It made me feel so welcome and not intimidated when the staff called me by name my first day and treated me like a human being. They encouraged me, made me believe in myself again. Made me believe it was even possible for someone like me to succeed. The staff has been so supportive and available to help me and it has been working! Getting my life back has been the best part of all and I would never have been able to do this without the support and advice and everything else the clinic has done for me! Proud to be a client and so happy with the results. Thank you guys so much for helping me save my life.

I've been going to this clinic for over a year now. I really wish I could stop going like right…read morenow! I can't because my dose was super high. I'm tapering now and hopefully I can transfer to a different medication. A medicine I'm allowed to take home with me. The clinic supposedly will let me hold on to my medicine at some point. But for now they expect me to come here every single day of my life so they can dose me. I understand doing it at first to get someone stable but after a few months its inhumane. I work full time. I have to try and run down there every morning at 5 am so I can get dosed before work. Every single day! Then on weekends, they are only open from 7 am to 9am. So if I decide to rest,no dose. And when I do make it down there, usually there is 20 people waiting. It really makes me uncomfortable. I want my privacy when it comes to my health issues. Clinics every where need to adopt new strategies and especially Aegis. I will say it again for the MFs in back, they expect me to come down there every single day. I want my freedom back.

I had to tear it with my teeth to eat it. But, after I fell on my head ,gave myself a black eye, was whisked off to be c-rated and MRIed, sent back to the hard bed, later to be sent back to hospital because of an ulcer. I had complained about the burning in my stomach, but because of bad communication between the personnel, I was not given the anti reflux meds until the doctor was called after dark. I hope fate does not make me stay there ever again. The five star rating??? I would not trust it.
