Something lets go, there's the sound of rushing water, and the whole downstairs fills up with steam. It was so thick I couldn't even see a foot in front of me in the basement as my plumber, Darren Powers, talked me through on the phone how to shut the furnace down, and which valve to turn to get the water to stop. Man! What a mess.... Darren was such a help to me. Though he had been up since early that morning working a job when I reached him at around 7:00 pm, he came over as soon as he could around 9:00 pm and worked on stabilizing things until about 10:30 pm so nothing else would happen. Because it was Saturday, he wasn't able to come back until Monday after gathering all the parts and equipment needed to fix the furnace and burst pipe line. I've known Darren for years, and he's helped me on many occasions. Each time, he came as soon as he could, did great work, and cleaned up the resulting mess after. I've trusted him numerous times to come in to do his work even when I wasn't home. And he's always been more than fair with not only his prices, but also his time. During the cold spell last winter my pipes had burst and needed to be completely replaced. It was no small job. I had gotten other estimates but they gave me the cheapest quote over the phone so I hired these guys to do the work. I arrived half way through the first day to find the typical messes associated with this type of repair. Matt walked me around and explained what had to be done. They had professional looking vans and seemed to know what to do. So I left them to do it. The next day I received a text from Nick saying that they couldn't get the sink to work and not to flush the toilet because there was no drainage. He said the water would be shut off and a plumber would be out to inspect the work. This concerned me because I thought they were going to get my plumbing up and running. When I spoke to Matt the next day he said he did not have time to fix everything because he had other jobs to do. He told me he could recommend another plumber to come do the job. When I returned home the door had been left open. Also the wall paneling had not been replaced and the washer had not been hooked up. There was some damage to the cabinets which was not a big deal but they had not even cleaned up the mess. I ended up hiring SAM Mechanical out of Hooksett to finish the job. They were very professional and the job took about three hours to complete. I would not hire Revolution HVAC again and I do not recommend them. They did what I hired them to do but in my opinion they did not finish the job. This was a $6000 job and I expected a little more professionalism. It could have been worse. SAM Mechanical did a great job. I could not find them on Yelp! but I highly recommend them.

At Waterford Way the water turned cold and brown. They came and supposedly "fixed" it. The lobby was a mess, they ran off in a couple of hours leaving the water as brown as coca cola for days. And after two days of water that ruins your health and fixtures and clothes etc it was still iffy. After 10 or so days the water was finally usable (but not drinkable) A total of 8 days of somewhat usable water out of 20 days.. Then It happened again. No hot water, dirty water etc. Do Not Let This company "fix" a water heater. Waterford apartments are partly to blame as they do not communicate that there is a problem and let it slide for over 2 weeks. This apartment complex cuts corners wherever it can and tenants suffer as a result.
