And they kindly allowed us to order a simple hot grilled cheese & fries off of the kids' menu, which we shared around as a little bar snack to tide us over. We enjoyed the view to the west of stately Monadnock Mountain. They have a golf course and mini-golf, too, but this time we were just for the beer. In addition to the hand-written tap list above the bar, they keep an online list up-to-date, too. This was a pleasant recovery from our strenuous day. Rumor has it they also have live music here which I have not been fortunate enough to attend as I'm always just visiting. I've been here twice - once in the winter and now summer. Always sat outside and really enjoyed the vibe/atmosphere. They have heaters in the winter and fire places. And I highly recommend going out back and checking out their artwork.
