Please really consider looking elsewhere. I cannot explain how terrible of an experience my wife…read moreand I have had with the Wolf Designer cabinets we ordered. The design was uncoordinated with cabinets and crown molding extending past doorways and other very simple design mistakes that should have been coordinated in the design. Worst part of these Wolf Designer Cabinets is their quality. It is unbelievable have horrible the cabinets are constructed and painted. Wolf has replaced over 6 drawers and 7 cabinet doors based on quality. (That is not counting the cabinet doors and drawers that needed to be replaced because of wrong style being shipped). Cabinet doors separating, paint chipping and misaligned hardware have been constant problems with almost every single cabinet. Dealing with Cabinets Direct has been a nightmare regarding Wolf warranty. At one point they actually said to me regarding a warranty inquiry "so what do you want us to do about it." This is just the paint problem I have noticed today on 6 month old cabinets. Do not order your next kitchen from Cabinets Direct or Wolf.

If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would! Worst experience ever! I deeply saddened…read moreabout the amount of money we spent on these pos cabinets. Our kitchen was gutted right when Covid hit and the lm Terry wanted to tell me that he didn't have anyone to install the kitchen! Finally got the two hoodlums to come and install my kitchen, they bad mouthed Terry and his staff. They tried to get me to hire them for other work that needed done in my house. They didn't finish the job properly, wrong items were given to us. And now a year and half later the cabinets are chipping and paint it bubbling and coming off! I highly recommend doing your research on kitchen companies and turn your back on this one!

After a lot of research I selected Kitchen King to do my remodel. I asked 3 contractors to submit a…read moredesign and Kitchen King blew the other two away. The layout was creative and unique (dishwasher in corner for example - amazing) and the functionality is superb. We selected Eudora Cabinets from Kith cabinetry - they are based in Alabama. It was important to me to buy American made. So many remodelers were pushing Chinese cabinets, and I just felt (1) the quality wasn't there, and (2) I worried enforcing a warranty from China, if I had problems, could be a challenge. I am thrilled with my Kith Cabinets. They are solid, and stunning. I look forward to enjoying them for many years to come. The installer Brian was excellent. He is a slow and methodical but he does the right job. Be patient, you'll be living with this kitchen for a long time it's worth the wait to have it installed correctly. The other subcontractors (plumber electricians were also great. We installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system as well as under cabinet lighting and shadow box lighting. We are thrilled with the results. We worked with Ideal Tile in Toms River to select the tile for the kitchen. Lucy at Ideal was wonderful and really helped with the tile selections to work with our countertop and cabinetry colors. Terry the owner was a pleasure to work with. The office staff at Kitchen King was responsive and helpful. The entire remodel - start to finish - took about six weeks. Everyone we dealt with was professional courteous and timely. It really went without a hitch and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend

As a three-time (really four-time) returning customer, I'm writing this review with a lot of…read morefrustration and disappointment. My previous experiences with this company were positive--good enough that I would've rated them a solid 4 stars. The work was well done, and I was happy enough to keep coming back, even knowing they weren't the cheapest option out there. I believed I was paying for quality, and until recently, I felt I was getting it. Fast forward to our most recent project--an outdoor bar and kitchen installed about 18 months ago. On Memorial Day, the seam in the granite countertop broke, causing the counter itself to break. We were told the damage was irreparable. Honestly, for something as durable (and expensive) as granite, we expected it to last much longer than 18 months. During my conversations with their staff, I kept hearing, "We're a good company--we'll make this right." That gave me some initial hope. But after a few visits and discussions, it was determined that the failure was likely due to lack of support underneath and glue failure. That's not a customer error--that's a workmanship issue. With major events coming up at our house (a graduation and a wedding shower), I was under pressure to get this resolved quickly. I started talking with the general manager about how to move forward. That's when I learned what "make it right" meant: I would need to purchase a brand-new countertop--again--and also pay for additional supports that should have been included the first time. There are a few key points that I think matter here: * The original install was done in the middle of winter--10 degrees outside--despite me clearly saying I wasn't in a rush and it just needed to be done by Memorial Day. * They claim the cold and glue failure weren't factors, but I have my doubts. * I never wanted a seam in the counter to begin with. I was told it was unavoidable and that I wouldn't notice it. But I did notice it, and more importantly--it failed. * Oddly, the replacement countertop didn't require a seam. That only raises more questions for me. We also spent a lot of time planning where to put the supports for the replacement, but no one discussed the lack of support on the original install. I even gave the installer corbels during the original job, and he said they weren't needed because "the counter isn't going anywhere." Well, it did. That same installer came back to help with the replacement and even thought the work was being done at no charge--just the supports. Turns out, I was buying a brand-new countertop. To me, a good company stands by its work, especially for loyal returning customers, and even more so when it's clear the issue was due to how the product was installed--not user error. Granite is supposed to last for years. That's the whole reason people invest in it. Ours didn't even make it to two years. So, would I use this company again? No. I don't think I would. There are definitely some kind people working there, and I genuinely believe they wanted to make it right--right up until the moment I had to write a check for a new counter. And that's where the trust ended.
