I walked into their showroom and immediately asked if they sold to the public. They assured me they did and I proceeded to tell them I was looking for custom cabinetry. I was they would be with me shortly. No one else was in the showroom. After a 30 minute wait, I decided to leave because they were standing around and never assisted me. On my way out, I was asked by the same woman what I was there for and again, told her. I told her I had waited long enough and was going to leave and she became extremely sarcastic with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

So, you're telling me, that it takes every contractor, home builder etc. 18+ months to receive appliances?? My gut was telling me that we were on the back burner (pun intended), while the builders etc, were getting product in a more reasonable time frame. Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. There are other options out there, use them!

First the designer JJ, gave me some great pros & cons to the color pallet and materials that i had chosen. I greatly appreciated his expertise. Annette and Lynette were so very accommodating in the pro services area of helping me to get my product scheduled and loaded. There was also Tiffany who helped in many different areas. She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. They honestly acted as if they loved what they were doing and cared about the customers experience. This is exemplary in "How To Get Your Customer To Return". Thank you all!!

My wife and I have slowly been chipping away at a kitchen renovation and are getting to the point…read moreof figuring out what to do with our backsplash. We decided to go by Floor and Decor and see if we could get some ideas. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.
