The Home Outlet will not replace the vanity and states that it had no manufacturer warranty. We also had trouble getting the vanity because everything in the store was damaged. We should have taken this as a warning. I recommend staying away from this business and it's poor quality products.

I stumbled across this place trying to find the Big Lots on Gate City Blvd (found out Big Lots had closed and moved). I walked in this place since they were next door and let's just say I wish I would have known about this place before my remodel. They carry kitchen cabinets in stock (plywood built) and give 10% off for veterans.

I'm afraid we were spoiled by the True Value near us before we moved to Greensboro. I dread going…read moreto this store and have actually started driving much further away simply to avoid going here. For starters the place is really dark inside, I don't know if they just need brighter light bulbs or what but its so dimly lit it's not very inviting, it's also dead silent, no music and it pretty much remains silent unless you are standing 12" away from someone and initiate a conversation or ask a question. I've walked directly up to people working at the store---at the paint counter, the back counter and the cash registers and they just look at you in silence until you ask a question. The paint counter is frustrating, they don't seem to have much information to offer when you ask questions and they're usually busy on their phones or computers. When I've asked questions regarding paint products I've been told on several occasions "I don't know".....end of story, no one offers to find out or ask someone who might know more. It's not an enjoyable place to shop. I prefer supporting smaller stores rather than heading to Home Depot but now I just find myself trekking to a True Value further away so I don't have to patronize this one. I'd love to support this store if they seemed like they were interested in getting our business but it doesn't seem that way.

He was friendly and quick to answer any of our questions. We found a shed that worked great for what we needed and where we wanted it, and because it was already on site and there was a delivery opening Monday, they were able to schedule it to be delivered just 2 days later! The deliver driver also did a great job, even with a slightly damp Ken, he got the truck up in our backyard, and maneuvered into the exact right spot, placing the shed within an once of the exact spot we wanted. He put blocked won for it to rest on and level it and didn't do any damage to the lawn! From arrival to departure they had the one driver had the shed in place in 30 minutes! All in all, this was a great experience. I'd absolutely recommend Bunce to anyone looking for a shed or additional storage of any sort. The building quality seems very solid, and the service is great! They even told me if we later decide we need a bigger shed, they have a buy back program...you can actually trade in your shed for a new one!!
