Great service, very nice people. We were in and out real fast, no problem. We made appointment, showed up and we're able to wait in an air-conditioned office area. Seems to be family run. I do recommend using them for cracks and chips in your glass. read more

I had a side window replaced on my Voyager last week. Fantastic job. Top notch ownership with a top notch crew. Jordan is a great young man with skills beyond his years. I suggest if anyone has any questions/concerns, get with him. That kid knows his stuff! Quality work. Quality glass. Very quick install. Very reasonably priced. The owner, Jennifer makes you feel like family at every step of the process. Just a great crew, all the way down to the shop janitor, Randy. Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a business. This business deserves to be reviewed because they are exceptional. Jennifer the owner is extremely nice and willing to work around my schedule to have my glass installed at a convenient time for me. Their prices were much lower than the other glass installation places in town and she went above and beyond even installing a electric motor for the window at no charge. This is a family owned business and her son helped her install the glass. It is not often you get exceptional service and amazing prices. So I needed a new windshield for my Chevy suburban. I reached out on Facebook and A lot of people told me to use A business called Granet Auto Glass. I gave them a call and they were extremely nice over the phone. They were out of town but they had a few jobs in my neighborhood on the same day I called. They also had my windshield in stock, so on the same day I called they came out and installed my new windshield! They arrived on time and worked diligently. I had the best experience with this company! A small rock hit my windshield while I was traveling with girl friends to the hill country. My husband arranged for me to take the car to Granite the next day. They not only fixed the hole quickly but told me how to make a claim with my insurance company. When the car was returned to me, I noticed that they vacuumed my car! The place is very clean and the waiting room is so cozy with rocking chairs and a nice television so we enjoyed the stay. They were polite, got to work right away on my truck, offered a nice waiting area and kept me up to date on the process as they performed the work.
