I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I genuinely felt this shop deserved one. From the moment I called,…read moretheir customer service was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The tint job itself came out amazing, clean, high-quality work with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything. They even took the time to do a full inspection with me afterward to make sure everything looked perfect. Super fast service, great communication, and they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

I came in to replace the old tint on just ONE window. It took 3 hours, for a job that should take…read moreabout an hour. When they finished, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the glass that weren't there before, going in all directions and really sharp. There were also lots of bubbles, but they told me those would go away soon. It was also way darker than what was on there before, and they said it would lighten up a little after it set. I went back because it was clearly darker than the original and the bubbles never went away. It was dirt trapped under the tint. They told me not to expect perfection, that some dirt in tint is normal, and that my car is hard to work on so the install wasn't great. They redid it, which took another 2 hours, and then admitted the installer used the darkest tint they have instead of matching what was there before. They also tried to say the scratches were already there and only showed up because the tint was darker now. That's not true. Their installers are clearly not good at this. And the second time was STILL full of bubbles and dirt. That's the kind of work I'd expect from a guy in his home garage, not a real business. Once again I was told it's normal and won't be perfect. It's super unprofessional to damage the glass like this. It looks like they just cut the old tint off and scratched the window instead of using steam to remove it the right way. And no tint job should have this many bubbles and dirt in it. They had an excuse for everything, and I'm left with damaged glass that they won't admit to damaging, plus a tint job I could probably do better myself. I wasted hours of my time and got damaged glass, and the shop never once admitted fault. The audacity to try and say it's to be expected and is installed how it should be is crazy. I wouldn't bring a car here under any circumstances. Honestly I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe people just don't know, but a few other reviews here describe the same kind of experience. Photos included.

HORRIBLE TINT JOB! I…read moretook my brand new car to this place back in September 2024. Seven windows to be exact. Took 50 minutes to complete the job which I though was kinda fast but ok. The young man parked my car outside as an indication that the job was complete. After I paid, I walked around to inspect the job and there were some corners where the tint was already peeling. I brought it up and he said it's normal, while simultaneously applying squeegee on the surface. (I personally thought it wasnt normal to leave those peeling corners left alone). Also noted to him the there was a big bubble in the rear window and before he took a look at it, he was already explaining that it's normal. But sure enough, he felt the need to make some adjustment to get rid of the bubble, indicating it needed attention. He also said that I will see tiny bubbles but rest assure that it will cure after a week. I didn't believe him and left the shop with a lot of curiosity in my mind. Fast forward to today, February 2026, those bubbles still exist. The bigger bubble in the back window is still there. Although I'm over it, I feel the need to explain their work and the money I paid for the job wasn't justified.

We had an amazing experience getting my windows tinted with Ruben and team. The moment I walked in,…read morethe staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping me pick the best option for all "THREE" (VW ID buzz, BMW 5 series and a Honda Odyssey) of my cars. They took the time to explain the different heat-reduction benefits from this demo heat lamp displayed on their counter. We chose the 3M Crystalline tent because of the heat reduction.. The customer service was genuinely exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. As for the tinting itself... flawless. The installation is incredibly clean with no bubbles, no dust spots, and perfect edges. My car looks fantastic. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. My wife was super happy with the results. Overall, I couldn't be happier. If you want professional window tinting done right with customer service that goes above and beyond, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend! After our holidays, I will probably get a clear bra put on the VW buzz. Their quality of work and crash membership is second to none.. Truly this place is a gem of the valley.

Wanted to take a moment to write a review. Everything everyone says about this shop is accurate…read more They absolutely deserve five stars. I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. If you're in the area and need tint removed, new tint installed, or anything related to window tint, I would highly recommend this place. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Five stars all the way!

I got my windows tinted to fight the heat and gas prices. Always do Ceramic window tint--better…read morequality, longer lasting, not much more spent. I did 20% tint on the rear windows and the legal 70% on the front windows plus Ali offered a free tint banner across the top of the windshield--sold! I wanted to wait the recommended 3-5 days before writing my review because that's how long it take the ceramic tint to cure. Ali Window Tint provided a sticker over my window buttons to remind me not to open my windows in the meantime, which was very helpful. First day I thought saw bubbling but remembered Ali Window Tint said to wait 3-5 days for the water to evaporate. It's been 3-5 days, and the bubbles are gone. The inside of my car is now noticeably cool even without the Air Conditioner on. Of course, if left parked in the sun, heat will build up, but it builds up slower. 8 hours; super hot, but 30 minutes feels like 5 minutes in the sun. I don't need to use my A/C as much, and I imagine as the seasons get cooler, I won't need to use my A/C as often year-round, putting that gas money back in my pocket. Ali has a waiting room where you can enter your streaming profile, but I can never remember that stuff so I watched Reacher on Prime (free) for ~2 hours I almost got my car washed 2 miles away but since Ali offers a car wash, I figured the guy who's about to apply the tint would know better for exactly how clean the windows need to be. (Carwash +$30) They also explained what kind of cleaners to use on the tint since many other cleaners use ammonia that destroy tint.
