Dr Wallace gives you a call the next day to make sure you're ok too, which is a nice little touch. The office and waiting areas are always clean and tidy, no clutter and very professional. I did have a shock after my first visit for fillings. I didn't realise how expensive they were. As it turns out, the new lady at the desk had forgotten to give me the estimate and I didn't think to ask for one. After I paid, I got the estimate for the rest of the fillings, and on my most recent visit, Dr Wallace was very apologetic. I should have received the estimate prior to any work being done. He gave me a discount and made sure I was 100% ok to continue. He was so sincere and I trust him so we're all good now.

I'm extremely frustrated by this entire experience, from being coerced into unnecessary work to the poor quality of care, and now being blindsided by a collections bill years later. I was quoted a price and told the rest was covered by insurance. I certainly don't recommend this underhanded clinic.
