I would give it a -5 but that's not an option! I immediately got nausea with the smell of pine sol. There were also 4 kids (employees kids) sitting and making a lot of noise while one toddler was being passed around by employees and they didn't wash hands afterward. The service was non existent, no cups given for fountain drinks, also food was heated in a microwave and left there while my niece went to check on her dad's food. It came back dry! There was also no handicap ramp for our handicap family member. Let's just say I did not eat because as I said got nausea walking in but the rest of the family was hungry. Worst burrito ever! First of all, the sign said $5.99 and it ended up being $7.50. How does that add up? Then I get my bag with chips in it and no hot sauce. The picadillo is wonderful! The salsas are amazing. If you want a breakfast burrito however they don't make them very well here. The bacon is not crispy it's extremely chewy with large chunks of fat. I'm pretty sure they use really fatty bacon pieces instead of bacon strips. If this wasn't the case it'd be 5 stars easy. read more

I was pleasantly surprised about how good this place was. I decided to try this on a whim while driving past and stumbled upon it. Very fresh ingredients from the tortillas to the house made salsa. All the meat looked freshly prepared and very good quality. (Not a lot of fat, like others.) Staff was very friendly and helpful explaining the menu and didn't try to rush me as this was my first visit. Salsa bar is very impressive with many fresh selections. Very good homemade style burritos. Large variety of burrito options and combos available. The person working the front was very nice and explained all the burrito filling that we weren't familiar with. We purchased brisket burritos with beans and cheese. The brisket had a great taste like red chile and small cubed potatoes in it. The only grip I have for now is the chips that are produced with the meal tasted stale/old/freezer burn. I want to try this place again next time I am in Amarillo and I'll update the review on the chips then. I would still recommend this place awesome burritos though. read more

Went to get some food around 1:30PM knowing they close at 2. The lady st the door said they were closed. When I advised her that their posted hours on the door say they are open until 2 she just shrugged and said the boss said they were closed. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. The food is awesome but they could care less about their customers or even the hours they advertise. read more

We are from Dallas and are here for the week visiting family. We just finished eating a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito. It was delicious! You also get a side of chips with your burrito. They will also add received beans on your burrito too. I love eating at Mom and pops when we travel, and this one didn't disappoint! read more
