Dr. Polly has the potential to be a wonderful doctor; however, she currently does not have the…read moreability to see the importance in either advocating or listening to her patients. The intent of all medical professionals should be to listen to patient concerns and rule out all possibility for the sake of reassurance. In my experience, Dr. Polly was quick to bill the simplest of exams, which provided no real substance in regard to medical advice. However, when I requested additional services for my current situation (blood work, neuro referral, etc.), she immediately shut it down as it was not her medical opinion. I even had blue cross blue shield following up regarding my service and when I explained my situation, they also saw concern for the lack of urgency or concern Dr. Polly exhibited. I am not dismissing Dr. Polly's diagnosis, because it could very well be accurate; however, her professionalism and the will to listen to her patients is my concern. My wife had also called expressing her concerns, and she was told her call would be returned; however, it was not despite her follow up call to see if the office may have forgotten. This is not the physician I would want for my loved ones, especially those that do not typically advocate for themselves.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness, and the promptness of an appointment. I would highly suggest this physician!!! Care is usually ok, but certainly not good. Dr. S. is nice but thinks he is all knowing in all areas unfortunately. The ladies at the front from when I schedule d to my appointment up until my appointment were immaculate. Polite, helpful and have great attitudes, very down to earth but professional. So I see Kelly and thank the lord I have her now. She listens to me and genuinly cares about my health, not like these other people I visited tons of trial and error at other locations. She's kind, sweet and her voice and concern are comforting. She doesn't talk down on me about my concerns because I'm young, she actually went right into details and is working on my concerns. You can tell she knows her stuff and doesn't use all that medical jargon that's hard to understand, she gets on your level and she takes action. I am literally grateful for such an amazing medical professional on my side, and her assistant top tier I can't think of her name right now but she's great too. Overall, I love this place. They got the ball rolling with tons of issues I've been having for decades now, all within two appointments. Thank you ladies so much!

When I arrived the office was closed and other businesses on the floor said they were on vacation! Left a voicemail for them and never received a call back. That being said I'm all about second chances. Wish I wasn't after today's visit. Our appointment for my younger boy was at 10:30. The PA did measurements and vitals then showed us to the exam room. After a half hour of waiting for the doctor I asked the receptionist if the doctor would be in soon. I was then informed that dr. Davis wasn't even in the office yet! A small office shared with her husband with some very shady looking patients that looked catatonic. I asked if I could use the restroom and was shown to a small restroom. I did my business in there and another "patient" used the facility after me. The doctor showed up over an hour late and spent a total of 5 minutes with my child. On our way out the PA had the nerve to ask me if next time I could use the outside bathroom as if I damaged or ruined their crummy little restroom. She said "I have to clean that mess". I made no mess. I was also shown to that bathroom which wasn't clean when I entered and was in the same shape when I left. Poor girl had to clean a bathroom of 20 square feet. That should be done every day anyway. My next visit will be to pick up my child's medical records and tell them in person what I think. If there is a better forum for medical reviews out there I will find it and use it. Don't take your precious children to this insane asylum of a medical practice.
