3.5/5
We chose this hotel mainly because of the shuttle service and its proximity to NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport). But be aware! The shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We called at midnight as recommended, but even then, they didn't really add us to the list. I double-checked in the morning, and nope, the concierge hadn't added us. The lobby had this strange, unpleasant smell that gave me a headache, which was pretty off-putting. Service at the pool bar was slow and lax, and the pool itself was painfully chlorinated, burned my eyes! The jacuzzi wasn't working, but the sauna and steam room were really nice. The servers at the pool were friendly but still slow. The gym was hot but had enough equipment for a good workout. They have a couple of onsite restaurants, but we didn't try them. Our shower flooded, and overall, the hotel service wasn't that great. Would I stay again? Maybe, at $70 a night, it's not bad, but I'd probably shop around. The Kingsford Hotel next door looked pretty cool, or any place near Ayala or MOA would work better. The place definitely needs some work! read more
