DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Grand Wedding Exit. I ordered sparklers with 2 day shipping. They failed to send the sparklers 2 day shipping, sending them ground instead. The sparklers did not arrive in time for my wedding. When I asked to return them, the company refused to refund the full amount because they weren't considered new sparklers, even though I never opened the box. In addition, they wouldn't refund the additional cost I paid for 2 day shipping when THEY FAILED to send the sparklers with 2 day shipping. I had to pay to ship them back too so basically I got screwed over. Pathetic and careless about customers. read more

I ordered a pack of 144 sparklers and 2 buckets for my wedding. At my wedding, we opened the box only to realize some of the sparklers were missing and we were missing the 2 buckets. I have emailed the company and explained that I want a refund for the buckets (since they are $25 each). The last I heard from the company is that they would file a claim with fedex and would refund once they heard from fedex. It's been months since and I have not heard an update nor received a refund. Beware if you purchase from them, you might not get your full order or a refund. read more

If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO I would!!! Their website states they ship using Fedex and product arrives in 4-7 days the reason I selected their services. I ordered these for my daugher's wedding. The next day I received a tracking number and when I tracked my package it still shows the item is still in Florida even 5 days after I ordered. So I called the number provide on their website and it just rings and rings and then disconnect. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! What a way to do business. I emailed them when I could not get anyone on the phone and received a reply back stating, "we will absolutely file a claim with Fedex because they handle all their shipping orders and will get back to me soon." I translate that to "sucker, we have your money so what's the point?" I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FCC, and notify the Attorney General in the State of Florida and inform them this business is a scam and they should be shut down. I should have done my due diligence before ordering from them. I need to now contact my bank and ask that these charges be disputed. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm am extremely frustrated with this company. When I got my items I only got 84/120 of my sparklers so I am missing 36 of my sparklers. I have reached out to their customer service and associates and at first I was very grateful because they were willing to help me. I let them know that my wedding is in August. They assured me that they would send a replacement for my missing items and that it would be here before my wedding. I waited the amount of time they told me it would take and when I got nothing I tired reaching out multiple times to get an update and no response. I decided to right a bad review on their page and it was taken down later that same day. I've asked for a refund since I haven't received anything and no response. This is stealing money, paying more for what I got because they choose to not be professional and help a person out. I wonder how many of these 5/5 stars reviews are real. BUYER BEWARE. This place is a SCAM. I purchased their sparkler/bucket package (which FYI is the exact same price as buying both items separately). They sent me the sparklers but never shipped the bucket. When I reached out to them about this they said they didn't have any more buckets in inventory (which why didn't they automatically cancel that part of my order or send me an email about that, why did I have to be the one to let them know they didn't ship me the product I paid for, and why can customers still purchase a bucket on their website then)? They offered me the option of a refund for the bucket which I accepted, but it took literally almost two months and probably twenty emails to the customer service agents of me letting them know I never received a refund before I saw any money back. When they did finally process a refund (two months after I bought the bucket, it was for a lesser amount than I paid, so I'm back to sending them emails every couple days to get this resolved. They originally were trying to say the refund amount was correct and that the bucket was cheaper because it was in a bundle, but I had to literally show them screenshots of their own website where the price of the bundle and the price of the items separately was the exact same and that I'm owed 50% more than what they refunded me. Brides and grooms (and everyone) please save yourself the trouble. You don't need this drama before your wedding day/event. This company is a scam. read more

The sparklers worked well, and we had plenty. I ordered the 144 pack with about 170 guests expected at the reception. Unfortunately, when I placed my order for the sparkler and bucket kit, I didn't get contacted that they were out of the buckets due to a national shortage. I reached out after receiving the sparklers, and they responded quickly. They refunded me for the bucket, but it left me in a bind having to find something to use when I thought I had gotten it all with the one order. read more

This company is a total scam. I ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping. They guaranteed a delivery date, but the package never showed up. I contacted fedex and they said the shipment was cancelled by sender-I was never notified. After that Initial order confirmation email I never could connect with anyone at the company. The phone numbers they list are false, the social media account is fake, do not make the same mistake that I did. I disputed the charge with my bank and immediately started an investigation. Companies like these should have their business license revoked and e-commerce shut down. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST MISTAKE ANYONE COULD MAKE.This company is an absolute fraud. Total Scam. They will take your money and never respond to email or phone calls. I placed an order on 5/15/2019 and paid for expedited FedEx shipping, I even emailed the company asking to confirm they would arrive for my deadline. I received a reply from the company email: grandweddingexit@gmail.com, confirming my order would arrive by my deadline. Once the order never arrived I called Fedex and found out the sender cancelled the shipment. I have called, sent several emails, and tried to reach them via Social Media, but they will not reply or return phone calls. They guarantee delivery of a product, send a tracking number through Fedex then cancel the shipment. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. After doing more research, they have changed their business name numerous times and are not a legitimate business. They have fake customer testimonials on their website and use fake endorsements from reputable wedding companies to deceive customers. They also have fake social media accounts and have deactivated many of their social media accounts. They also list two different addresses for their company and multiple different phone numbers that are all fake. Please do not make the same mistake about ordering wedding sparklers from this company. These types of companies should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. read more

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Total scam of a company. I found out after I purchased the item that my venue unfortunately did not accept sparklers. I tried MULTIPLE times to get a hold of them via email and calling their phone number, but with no luck. I was happy to pay for shipping to return the product but there was zero customer service and help. I ended up sending them back anyways and tried to file a claim through my bank about the situation. Besides the fact I was charged and did not receive tracking information, the product never arrived. We called and no one would pick up and no message. We tried several times throughout that day. I was so excited to find Grand wedding exit because their website said that they shipped out the same day as orders were received unfortunately this was not true and even though I contacted them several times by email and they acknowledged that there was a problem my issue was never resolved and even though a shipping label was created my sparklers were not actually physically given to FedEx for over 3 days and ultimately did not arrive in time for the wedding. I was offered that I could return the sparklers at my own cost and pay a restocking fee I have the emails where they admit that there's a problem but they had no desire to do anything about it and I'm guessing just thought that with all the other chaos of planning the wedding I wouldn't leave a negative review but this was a very big deal and a very special moment that was missed out on because this company couldn't take two seconds to simply do what they claim they do on their website. I'm sure their parklers are probably fine I'm just telling you if you're in a time crunch find another company because this company does not care and does not even have a phone number they speak of a shipping department but I'm thinking it's one person with a desktop running this business. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Like the other reviewers I had a bad experience with them. Still haven't received the sparklers that I ordered (wedding was weeks ago and they were ordered well in advance). You'll notice on their website there is no contact info (no phone number, etc.) which is a very bad sign. They promise to make things right and get you the product, but it's all a lie.
