How well will these hold up in a hurricane if they fall apart when a person opens them?! Bob Parton is the contact here. I emailed him, called, left messages...no return. It got down to calling him four or five times a day, just to get an answer. The seal was broken on my oceanfront view from the beginning of my contact with Bob in April of 2021 to April 2022 when I was finally able to go pick up my glass. Receiving galas was an issue during Covid, however, this was more of a lack of will because it was under warranty than a Covid issue. Even when I spoke to Bob on several occasions, and he said he would call me back... Crickets to follow until I called and called and called again. I have NEVER had to push a grown man so hard to do do his job. The handles on the sliding glass doors are cheap, break all the time, and are simply not meant for these heavy doors. I've recently been told I will have to pay for the replacement of all of them because they are not meant for rentals. What???? That's what all of these condos are. That's what they were when they installed the doors, and that's what they are now. If you install a commercial grade heavy door, you need a commercial grade heavy handle...right?! Their website says "Experienced and Reliable". 100% not reliable, unless you force it upon them. "Quality products"...absolutely garbage!!! "Satisfaction guaranteed" I don't think I've ever been so disgusted with a company, their lack of respect of a person's time, their lack of care, and their worthless products.
