After I accepted his bid, he started work the next day and completed the job in about 5 days. There was a small misunderstanding on what included but we worked it out. He doesn't usually offer warranty on this work but he was wiling to give me a warranty that we both felt was fair. As an out of area homeowner, it's difficult to manage contractors but fortunately I have a discerning tenant who keeps an eye on things and really has an interest in making sure the work was done nicely so that she has a nice home to live in. When the job was completed, we were happy with Tim's work. He did everything he said he would do! Although it's too early to know - I hope the paint will last me a good number of years. I am giving Tim 5 stars for his customer service and quality work.

Here it is over a month later and I still haven't gotten my estimates. I've called to follow up at least once a week, and they won't even return my calls. If they can't get quotes out in a timely manor, I have zero faith their work would be any better. Again- don't bother wasting your time with this company!
