Well The counter store gave me a hard time to remove and sand the sides of the stone I brought from them. Even though it was supposed to be part of their service when I paid over 3,000 for my stone. They gave me multiple prices and when I went somewhere else thinking I would pay them they said they would do it for free. I'm so thankful there are still some companies out there that offer real customer service. read more

We recently had all new counters installed in my Dads house that was built in 1985. From the friendly, professional and very helpful service we received from Tonya when we walked in the door to the install everything was first class! Tonya showed us their inventory and let us take as many samples as we wanted. Once a granite was chosen, Scott came out, measured and created a template. We were then invited to see our slab with the template laid out so there would be no surprises. On the day of install the guys showed up on time and did a meticulous and actually, artistic job of installing the granite. There was to be one seam and it was sealed beautifully and smoothly. The granite was cut in such a way that the backsplash pattern matched and flowed seamlessly into the counter. A true sign of a master craftsman that they took the time to pay attention to such detail! The sink we purchased from them, a black quartz is incredible. The quality is excellent. The whole process was a pleasure and the entire staff of the counter store are true professionals. I recommend them highly! THANK YOU! read more

Just bought a new home, had fewer cabinets than I wanted. Contacted Steve at the Countertop store, he came out, gave me suggestions and options for expanding and maximizing my storage space. Gave me a fair bid, did the work excellently. Super happy with the outcome. Really like that Steve was about "doing right" rather than "being right". I had bought a shelving system for a blind cabinet, at first he said it was the wrong size, but after going back and researching, called me back and said don't send it back, it is the right size. I hate to have to write a bad review on a small business, but the owner has left me no choice as he is not standing behind the lack of quality in his work. I ordered Cambria Quartz Counter tops and they are beautiful. When the company came out to measure they stated they would do a standard 1 1/2" overhang. Upon installation the counter top was inconsistent with overhangs ranging from 1/2" - 2" throughout my kitchen. When I called the manager directly after the installation happened he said, no problem and that they would fix it. I went to the store with pictures showing the inconsistencies and again he said, don't worry about it we will make it right we want you to be happy. The owner (who did the original measurements) came out to review the work and stated there was no problem and that he would not replace the counter top and that it was my fault. This is a small community and I as a small business owner take pride in my work and was extremely disappointed in his reaction. To blame the customer for his wrong measurements is unacceptable. It's too bad because his employees are good people. I do not recommend this business to anyone, there are plenty other more reputable counter top places to go to that believe in customer satisfaction and want to do the right thing. I'm only giving one star because you have to. read more
