Excellent Customer Service! I was having trouble with my tire light repeatedly going on and off. I dropped my car off while I went out of town and the team did extensive testing on my tires. Upon return, they explained that my long-distance driving to and from the desert changed the pressure of the tires which promoted the sensor. I had a small leak on the front driver side tire of my Ford Transit Van. They were able to find the leak (rubber part of the valve stem was leaking) and fix it very quickly while I waited. There was no charge other than giving a nice tip to the mechanic. I don't know if this was free due to me buying tires from them before or just because they are customer oriented. I have referred over 200 customers here from various high line dealers that I have run. They have the best Alignment tech in the area. I has my vehicle in the bodyshop for repair and it came out wandering on the highway. I took it over here to have them align it and I left tracking straight as an arrow. Today turned out to be my annual unplanned tire emergency day and, after running over something on the freeway that shredded my tire, making it to the exit and off the freeway to change it out for the spare, I headed immediately to Grand Prix. Of COURSE, they promptly helped me out and unfortunately it turned out the tire was destroyed, but instead of pushing me into buying a full set of brand new tires, these guys set me up perfectly with a single tire for a fantastic price that matched my other tires. So I gave these guys many chances before this review. This review is based on someone who went there for years and have bought many wheels and tires for multiple cars. Recently, I have been working with my 2002 911 Turbo. For whatever reason they can't seem to balance the wheels on my car even after I brought it back 3 times. 4 months after buying the set they couldn't seem to balance, one of the tires sidewall failed. I brought it back and the bald manager said I must've hit a curb. I have ZERO scratches on my wheels. (I don't hit curbs). This guy also had attitude which was just annoying because I told him I drive the car fast. It's a porsche. The faster you go the more an unbalanced wheel is noticed. Finally I took my car to Holley Tire in SC. They have a brand new computerized balancer. Boom, the car drives on rails now. I am not going back to these guys simply because their pride gets in the way of them being professional and good at business. I never felt the difference until the competition showed me how it should be done. I may have to replace my bearings now because the balance mishap, but stay away if you like your car. Especially if you drive fast and want it to be safe. One good thing is the tall dark fella shop foreman is doing his best with what he has. He should find a new shop bc he stopped the wrong size tire from going on my car. That guy gets 5 stars but the shop gets 1 bc of management. That's it. read more

GET A FIRM ESTIMATE FIRST!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Went to this establishment to top off my nitrogen in my tires. At first everyone was really nice and the place looked great. I was told that there would be no charge because my tire pressure was not that low. I got into my car and a bald guy comes out yelling at me asking if I paid so I went inside and he told me it would be 60.00 I told him that I was told there was no charge. He said he was the manager. He claimed they took out the old nitrogen which was not true I had only been there 5 minutes and my car was never lifted BAD BUSINESS! Guess he was having a bad hair day.. read more

While on vacation in a rented car we had a flat that was non repairable. We stopped at a store near here and we're told they were too busy to help us. We stopped here and they took our car immediately. After determining a new tire was needed we were offered a used tire for the price of what the flat repair would have been. When I tried to pay for the tire and mounting and balancing I was pleasantly surprised when the manager refused payment and wished us a nice time on our vacation. I even tried to give him something for bring so nice, but was refused again. My wife and I cannot say thank you enough for making a trying situation much easier to deal with. I'm writing this review a few weeks late so I apologize to this business about that. These are truly some of the most amazing people I've ever met. I wrote a very detailed review on Google so I will try to shorten this one up. I was on my way to take my newborn son to his very first pediatrician appointment, when I must have run over a nail. In the parking lot of the doctors office, I could hear the air leaking from my tire. My wife took the baby into the doctor and I quickly drove to the closest shop I could find. Thank God it was these guys, The guy behind the counter said he would take a look at it and then if I wanted to, I could go be with my family and come back whenever we were done. I took him up on that and walked back to the doctors office. After the appointment, I walked back to the shop, not knowing what to expect, as we all know shady mechanics who take advantage of people, especially times like this. Well, this couldn't be further from that. He told me that they had patched my tire and handed me my keys. I asked what I owe and he said nothing. I said to him please let me pay something even if it's just enough to buy somebody's lunch. He looked at me and said "family is the most important thing. This one is for your son". I was completely shocked. Needless to say at that moment I became a customer for life. I will never go anywhere else while living in California and I will send as many people as I can to these people as their business needs to be supported and continue on for as long as possible. Family owned and operated, they care more about the client than the money. I recently took my car to another repair place (because someone else recommended them to me) and they told me that I needed to pay $700 to fix the problem. Dodged a bullet by getting a flat the other day, my tires were chewed up and apparently desperately needed replacing since I hadn't thought about them during the pandemic. Had an honest conversation with Danny and Jessica about what was the best available - there's only so much supply at the moment b/c of the pandemic - and got the tires brought in from NM and installed by the end of the day.
