We each elected to do a tasting of 3 different wines - all reds .Unfortunately the beautiful setting was better than any of the wines we tasted. We walked away disappointed as we really wanted to buy a bottle to support a local business but we just didn't care for any of the 6 we tried. You can't beat $3 cans of beer at a concert. Of course being a casino there's even a few dozen slot machines within the venue to pass the time while waiting for your act to start. We saw The Struts and they really put on a high energy show. Our tickets were $30 and with that we were within touching distance of the group throughout the show. This was our first venture to Mississippi Moon Bar and the Diamond Jo Casino, and likely will not be our last.

There was plenty of room which made it great! The acoustics were quite good. Great sight lines. Staff friendly and drinks cheap. No one was smoking in the music venue, only in the casino itself. Free garage parking. There are a couple of restaurants and a Subway if you want a quick hoagie. I did not eat here.
