I contacted S.T.O.P. immediately and was told by Victoria, that she'd look into it. It took her more than 3 weeks to get back to me, despite several attempts to contact her and ask what was going on. Finally, she made arrangements for a courier to come to my house and pick up the damaged item. upon receipt, Staub was to send me a replacement. Again, two weeks went by unail she contacted me to let me know they had received the returned item. Then, weeks went by and I heard nothing, nor did I receive my replacemen. I finally was able to reach Victoria and she said she hadn't received my return, and yet, I had an email from her to the contrary. I was furious and took it to the next level with the customer service manager, Christine. She was very nice and sped things along. She learned that they had lost my return. What a fiasco. She was able to get me a replacement finally and offered to give me special pricing on my next purchase in order to make up for their mistakes and my trouble. When I later contacted her, I found out that special pricing did not apply to sale items. And to boot, she offered me special pricing on two regular priced items which I found out were being sold by other retailers at the very same lower price. So there was, in fact, nothing special about it at all. This whole process took about 4 months. A very disorganized, unprofessional company. Don't purchase anything from them if customer service is important to you,

My boyfriend is the ultimate shopper. He knew what was there, including Bulk Barn. As someone who grew up in the Beaches area of Toronto, I was hoping for a real boardwalk. Oh, well. I can't win 'em all! The first store that I parked in front of and visited was Solutions. The closest one to my home is in Richmond Hill. It's nice to frequent a different one. I was greeted promptly by a staff member. It was nice that he said hello. He didn't ask me what I was looking for, which was nice. I looked at all the sale-priced Sistema water bottles and salad containers that were in front of me. Wow! Lots of variety and colours. I love this brand, so I took my time sifting though​ everything. Since back-to-school sales have started, I was looking at shelves and racks. I may need to come back next month and see how some of these items will help me with my organizational projects at home. I ended up getting some 3M Command strips to hang some picture frames at home. I also got a hedgehog toothbrush holder, and penguin and polar bear hot and cold packs. Checking out was painless. I skipped getting a plastic bag. I simply carried my items to my car and got a fabric bag from my truck. I spent a good hour in this store. Their cup supplies were not very well organized and it took some time to find it. We went through the grocery section and noticed that the prices are basically grocery store prices. There is no wholesale. If someone was looking for much larger sizes of things for a restaurant, they could certainly find it there. However, I found it expensive they have fresh produce which could be purchased more cheaply at Costco at the cash register. We were asked if we would use our PC optimum card and that's when we realized this is a grocery store with some restaurant supplies, one of the big things that should have triggered that thought was that there's no membership required. In terms of the staff, I found people very friendly, and the location is quite good. If I were just reading the staff, they would get a five star.
