What a mistake - he botched the job, placing the watch bracelet on a METAL anvil and using a pin and hammer to remove the links. His "work" left deep gouges in the side of the NEW bracelet and he had the audacity to charge me $8 for it. I have the pictures to prove it but cannot upload them here. The store fixes old grandfather clocks and he must be used to dealing with larger pieces. That's the only reason I could think of to explain why he serviced the watch like a rank amateur. Very very disappointed. Buyer beware
