Len's Mill store is pretty much an institution in the KW/Cambridge area. They are a great selection…read moreof fabric and seeing notions as well as a number if other incidentals, food, clothing and home goods. Many people go to Len's Mill Store for the 'deals', but don't be mistaken, this is not a discount store regardless of its factory atmosphere. This store is actually pretty expensive. The fabrics are over priced, but on the flip side there is a huge selection. If you can find the same thing at Fabricland, I suggest you do as you will save a great deal. Fabric is not the only item over priced. I once went there to pick up a simple white onesie for my newborn. It's sale price was $12.00, from $19.99. Needless to say I did not buy it. Regardless of price issues, this place is pretty neat and I do go there a few times a year. They have some pretty cool things, but you might have to go a few times to see everything and dig a bit.

In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)

I was wearing hiking shoes and sat in the chair she picked out one that I tried on a carpeted surface. I thought it was sturdy enough and the tag said it was $139 which I thought was a steal. There was a mesh chair that interested me more but passed on the $300 price tag. Too good to be true, I bought it anyway. I noticed in the store the lever for locking the tilt and height adjustment was installed on the left side of the chair. So when I got it home I naturally slid out since I was on a wood floor and at that point it I realized it was installed backwards and the handle should have been on the right. Next day I took the screws out, moved the lever to the right and I could suddenly sit down in it without falling out of it. Besides throwing it in my suv, I did little to assemble this thing. These items are final sale, so make sure you have assessed the value of the floor models some designer returned before walking out with something you with you never bought.

Avoid at all costs - extremely poor customer service…read more I bought a bed frame from this store a few weeks ago. Upon discovering that I had ordered the wrong frame by mistake, I returned to the store to inquire about a refund. I figured this should not be a problem, since I had not even picked up the bed frame from their warehouse yet. I was charged over 25% of the price of the frame as a "restocking fee" to simply not pick up item. Keep in mind that this frame was extremely compact, and did not take up very much space. As a student struggling to make ends meet and getting by with student debt, I am beyond disappointed that the Snuggler's manager chose a $30 profit over reasonable customer service. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this store whenever possible, as my experience highlights Snuggler's concern with immediate profit as greater than its willingness to develop a positive relationship with its future customer base.
