We were referred to them by a neighbor. Hector & Luis stopped by to give us an assessment and estimate. Once we agreed on a price, they showed up a couple of days later and went to work. There was a lot that needed to happen including painting and plastering, renovating the kitchen & bathroom, plumbing and electrical repairs, etc. We were amazed by how quickly they finished everything. The apartment was ready to be listed for rent after only a couple of weeks that they started working on it. Hector & Luis are not only very professional, knowledgeable and efficient but also are very honest and kind individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Contract called for 2500 sq ft of concrete, yet in the end we were shorted by well over 100 feet. Additionally, he demanded extra payment to finish the job and seal the seams as was supposed to be done in the first place. We were also shorted on concrete volume off the truck so his crew had to mix the balance themselves, on site. Concrete is uneven (not only visible at first sight but further evidenced by water pooling in several different spots along my driveway), large digs appeared just days after being set, and they did not clean up anything as they were working or finishing up day after day. We called him several times to come over and see the mess he left behind only to have him fail to show repeatedly. When he finally showed up this evening he accused my wife and I of creating the stains ourselves before telling us to "go f*** yourselves" and driving away. I have concrete spattered all over my vinyl siding, large drip stains all across my driveway, and he even refused to remove all of the existing concrete he was replacing as stated in the contract. He left our property a shambles; anybody who doubts me is free to come over and see for themselves. Save yourselves the headache of dealing with this man and use anybody else.

They came the very next day for the consultation and promised they could start the day after and it would be a one day job. However, they ended up showing up late afternoon in the winter so they had to come back the next day to finish up. Even though they promised to show up in the morning again, they did not show up till late afternoon. This 1 day job ended up being 3 days. We had signed a contract stating there is a 10 year warranty on the roof and the manager/supervisor promised if there was any leaks within 10 years he would come back and fix it. I have a voice recording of him saying this and a copy of our written contract of course. Less than 1.5 years later, in 2023, my roof is leaking again. I have been reaching out, calling/texting etc but this company will make up every excuse in the book not to show up. After months of promising to come "the next day for sure 100%", they will not show. Finally, they showed up 1 time just to inspect and they told me they didn't have the materials and they would come back tomorrow to fix it. Of course, they never came back. They texted me saying I would need to buy the materials, because the guarantee in the contract only covers labor costs and not materials. He offered to help me buy the materials for $80 or I can buy it myself. They made it very difficult for me to buy the materials by sending very blurry pictures and misspelling the name of the product in hopes that I would give them money instead. In the end, I was able to buy the materials, but they never showed up to fix it. In the end, they blocked my number when they realized they were not getting any more money from me. I used a new number to call them and they immediately picked up. After realizing it was not new business, they told me I had to pay for labor to fix my roof despite being well within the 10 year warranty. They are now making up another excuse that the leak is not from what they worked on (which is a complete lie as they redid my entire roof). In the end, they never showed up (after promising they would, of course) and blocked my second phone number. I have evidence of everything I stated above about this company (contract/license/text messages/phone logs) and I am happy to share with anyone considering using this company. TLDR: Your roof will leak again shortly after the job and they will not come back unless you pay them more to fix their own work.

Unfortunately, after that things have gone significantly downhill. When the painters left they pushed all of my living room furniture to the middle of the room and said when the crew came back the following week to paint the baseboards and install the doors they'd put everything back. That happened on March 22nd. Since then, week after week they keep promising to try to come back and week after week they are no shows. I even explained to them that our building is expected to have a freeze on construction projects this week due to an impending strike so can they please wrap up this job before then, and they said yes but are now not responding to emails. I hope they ultimately make good on their service contract and I will update this review if that happens. For now, please steer clear, fellow yelpers.

The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. The price is higher than Floor and Decor. The owner Nancy is dishonest and money hungry. She tricked us to over purchase a lot by promising a flexible return. But then she refused to refund anything for those in original box and yelled at us saying the items she sold were "garbage" worth "1 cent". Unbelievably nasty person. Don't risk your money here.
