I came to the Grand Annex because my friend Jason Luckett was performing here. I can only speak on my experience for that day. The theater itself is a small, venue that seems to be able to seat maybe 200 people comfortably. The concert I attended was socially distanced so I couldn't give you and accurate count on seating capacity. The stage has a baby grand piano and is not very big. This venue is more of an up close and personal setting experience. I think there is a small bar to left of the stage. There is elevated seating in the back with a few table and chairs. Acoustics? The sound system was excellent. My friend plays the piano, guitar and sings. He sounded amazing. I did have difficulty with parking. That's because there was a film being shot across the street at the same time so no parking was available near the venue. Luckily, I found parking on another street not too far from Grand Annex.

Beautiful small venue. There is not a bad seat in the house. Prices vary for different events. This is a non-prophet organization. And they do support local schools for music and arts. I was very impressed with the flamingo dancing. Most of the dancers musicians and artists were from Spain.

Our daughter recently performed here and it was the first time we visited. Sound is GREAT, venue is cozy, yet large enough for our party and then some. They have great sound and tech guys working there too. Her recitals are generally at Loyola or the Nakano theater, which both places are also great. After the recital, we found the best Italian restaurant right around the corner, so it ended up being a great night all the way around.

We saw the Honey Whiskey Trio here. The venue is a great place to see live music in an intimate setting. We had a lot of fun!

We held our ceremony on the upstairs mezzanine and while it was tight for 110 guests it was equally as intimate. Everyone has complimented us on the amazing food, which was delicious. We had so much fun at the food tasting where we got to sample everything before making the finals selections. We served buffet style and there is so MUCH food, people were going back for 2nds and 3rds! Megan and Kelly were amazing and so helpful all throughout the planning process. They set up all of my decor, helped run through rehearsal, coordinated with vendors and just gave me so much peace of mind. Thank you ladies again! The whole team from the kitchen staff, wait staff and bartenders were all fantastic and on top of everything. We had such an unforgettable night and perfect wedding. Thank you Michaels team!!

There are still nooks and crannies that I still have not discovered in South Bay and this hall is…read moredefinitely one of them. My best friend's cousin celebrated her graduation here last weekend and I must say that there were things I liked and some I did not. Parking: The business is located within a residential area. There are designated parking spots, however it is only a handful and visitors/guests will have to resort to finding parking within the neighborhood. I find that in places that have limited parking, arriving early always counters that problem! I always plan ahead and look up business nearby (ie bookstore or coffee shop) that I may visit and check out. This business turns onto Gaffey, which has various places to kill time at. Venue: The building appears to be small when entering from the front but its length makes it more spacious. There is a short hallway that leads up to the main hall and stage. Prior to reaching the main hall, there is a little room that possibly is intended to be a bar area. The main hall can fit a good amount of guests but not too many! The stage isn't spacious at all. It actually might not even be a stage but it was used for that purpose because space was so limited with all the tables and chairs. The stage is good for a DJ booth and a drummer but that is about it. I would not have an entire play be showcased on that stage. The restrooms are decent size. In the ladies' room, there are two stalls and one sink. There were plenty of mirrors, which is great! There was never a line when the whole event was going, so it worked! On the other side of the stage is the actual kitchen. It has a fridge, a microwave and stove. The kitchen was pretty big! Air-conditioning: The place was pretty packed when I arrived with my best friend. In the beginning when everyone was seated and grubbing, the air-conditioning was doing well. The band and guests getting up from their seats and dancing, made the hall so stuffy and warm! I spent majority of the event outside because the warmth was so uncomfortable. It did not help that it was summer either! I most likely will not be at this venue anytime soon unless I get invited again. I had a decent time!

If your employees here you are reflection of the Halls Values and a representation of the facility. My child was playing soccer in the alley behind the hall. Their ball went over the wall. They kindly asked if she can get the ball and throw it over twice and she goes "nope, I cant" then she said "F" No!! the kids had to go to security to asked for the ball. Very unprofessional and just RUDE for no reason. We have a large family here in San Pedro with many future quinceañeras and wedding to plan. We will no longer celebrate here because of this one individual.
