(1 review per account on two of the three) If I see a sign that says no food allowed, I will respect it and not eat even chewing gum. If you see a sign that says no guns allowed, and shows a picture of a handgun, are you going to assume that only means no handguns allowed, and just walk right in with a machinegun? You're free to assume whatever you think is correct in your own mind, but when you get caught for thinking incorrectly, should someone come to you, bend down real soft and speak like you're a simpleton and tell you that you made a boo-boo and to apologize. These people left me stranded at DFW Airport at 8PM on a Monday night! I had reserved a shuttle DFW to Granbury in advance & was left STRANDED on a winter night, left to find a ride all the way back to Granbury. I called 4 times in 2 hours, while sitting outside in the freezing cold & hoping a shuttle or return phone call would arrive. Nothing. read more

I, too, wish there were a way to put in 0 stars. I had to put my own bags on the shuttle while one of the employees didn't do anything. I had to ask them to turn off the movie, James Bond, because my young children were in the car, and he was in the middle of blowing up an embassy. No other kid-friendly video was available. I was handed a document to sign *in the middle of me loading my own bags* and I signed it without further thought. Who signs a waiver for transportation service? I certainly never have. Once in the shuttle, I fed my 2 year old some raisins and life savers to keep her happy. My son, too, had some fruit chews. And there was a few bites of biscuit. The shuttle, however, had a sign. My son saw it first. It said: "No food". I assumed this was talking about meals, like spaghetti or tacos! I never thought that fruit chews for a two year old would be included. I was shocked to learn that the company charged me $1,500 for 4 incidents of eating, and a final $300 fine for cleaning the van. (this would have taken less than 30 seconds; we're talking maybe a wrapper). Yeah, I broke the rules. But this was unconscionable, and it came about because of a genuine misunderstanding of what was meant by "no eating"....i really didn't think fruit snacks for a two year old counted! Boy was I wrong. But then when I contacted the company, I was shocked to be treated with utter scorn. I was threatened with lawsuits; my friends were called "dogs"; my legal counsel that contacted the company was called a curse word which I will not write in this review; they even began to scare me by saying they would go after my father and sue him, and that all the time they spent following up with my situation would be billed and charged to my card. I was terrified!! I was nervous and I lost sleep and tons of time. My attempts to understand and appeal the decision were met with aggression, hang ups, and threats. I was appalled. I felt legally scammed. Even my legal counsel felt offended that he would be cursed at on the phone and hung up on. All because of a conciliatory conversation to clarify matters. I've used them multiple times; both the shuttle and the private ride and pick up to DFW. Very nice people. The van is very nice and comfortable. I travel all over the country and am so thankful to have this service available in Granbury. read more

I wish there was a way to put in 0 stars. ** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER **. I am writing this review here because the lady who answers your calls, Kate - won't connect me to any of her field supervisors or have them even email me so I can voice my questions / concerns. Hopefully this list grabs their attention (if these supervisors exist at all). 1. The drivers are allowed delays while picking you up. Usually this delay is reported as "few minutes" late. "Few" minutes can range anywhere between 5 to 20. So, if you decide to cancel at that point you are not eligible for a credit or a refund. 2. On the flip side - an incoming delayed flight is NOT Acceptable even though their agent tracks all flights. Even a 125$ private ride will not wait for you if your flight is delayed! You are allowed only a 5 minute window exceeding which you will neither have a ride nor a credit or a refund. Yesterday, I was actually offered the option to sleep on the airport for 8 hours since my driver could not wait for an additional 5 minutes! 3. If the agent (Kate) is in a good mood or if it is convenient to her, she might have her drivers wait for you if your flight is delayed. While you are reassured that the driver is waiting for you - she doesn't tell you that your credit card is being charged (I was charged something over 100$). The charge just shows up on your credit card! I have tried to keep this brief but could go on and on. While I understand that some of these policies are mentioned in fine print, the least I can expect is some courtesy/sympathy/understanding from the face of their business (Kate). She will NOT work with you - instead will quote the "Terms and Conditions" if you try to reason with her. I have lost over 300$ to Granbury Airport Shuttle, have missed my flight once due to delays from them and have had to deal with ridiculous excuses from Kate. I will NEVER use this service again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone. p.s. - Any reviews about great customer service above must be fake. Customer service does not exist! read more

Terrible customer service. My flight was delayed and I called when I landed. They informed me I missed the pickup time window so, the only way I could get a ride was to pay another 125.00 for the driver to come back to the airport. " Kate" always answers the phone and won't put you through to a supervisor. She also lied and told me my flight delay did not show on flight tracker. I told her I have a screen shot on my cell that shows the delay. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. read more

I was traveling to Granbury from DFW airport and did not need a rental car, so I booked a shuttle to the town. My circumstances changed and I now needed a rental car, so I called a week ahead of my trip to cancel the shuttle. They told me that they do not offer refunds, and would only give me a credit. I explained that I would probably never be returning to Granbury again to use the credit. They still would not refund my money. They said this was their policy, but I was never told this when booking. When I booked, they asked for a tip ahead of time. I declined and would not have been refunded that money either. I used their service on July 4 2018, I had a 4 am scheduled pick up. However the driver did not arrive until 4:45 am after I made several call attempts to the office number. No call was made to me to let me know they were running behind. Upon arrival the "ride" that showed up was no where near what it advertised. It was not a newer model van with reclining seats, wifi, or bottled water. Instead it was a old beat up crown vic that seemed to be a retired taxi cab. Defiantly not worth the $115 that I paid for the ride. It looked to me that I was pawned off on the cheapest contract bid since I was a single rider. I was dropped off at love field at 6 am for a 6:20 boarding. By the time I made it through bag check and security I was one of the last on the plane. Luckily I made it in time. So much for the extra money I spent on my Southwest ticket to guarantee A group boarding. I would give them 0 stars if possible you would think they would be trying to reach out to me knowing that my ride was 45 minutes late, but I guess they have my money now so what do they care. read more

I do not recommend you use the service for any group. Lots of fine print, means lots of extra fees. They were defensive and customer service was not a priority. It is unfortunate, I intended to use them several times this year. read more

....My wife & I are both in our 70s!...Our experience with Granbury Airport Shuttle was not the best ! On November 7th our scheduled flight from Seattle was delayed due to storms and rerouted to Houston for refueling. I called the Granbury Shuttle two times ...once from Seattle & again from Houston, prior to our arrival, to inform them of the delay. Arriving at DFW, I called again to reschedule a next morning pick-up & we were delivered to our destination. On checking my credit card billing, later, I discovered I had been charged($100) for the missed pick-up even though the flight had been delayed & another $100 for the successful P/U. Upon complaining...I was referred to their "terms and conditions" (which I had read prior to booking). I was willing to pay a smaller service charge, but no...terms are terms. I will "eat the $100" but will never take the Granbury Shuttle again, nor recommend them . read more
