This is a gorgeous RV park. You can tell they put a lot of work in daily. Everyone we met on staff was super friendly, and welcoming. As we walked our dog other campers were also very friendly. And a welcoming goodie bag w dog treat when we arrived too. I hope we travel through again for longer than 4 days next time. I wish all RV parks were like this!

They have very small sheds that you're supposed to be able to use for storage that are the size of a closet. They don't allow dog fences they don't allow you to put anything out basically. Other than the clubhouse and pool that's the only thing this place has going for it and it's extremely expensive. It's an adult park, which is fine, but they do not allow any children on the premises that includes your grandchildren coming to visit anybody under the age of 18. So if you have family, you definitely don't want to stay here.

During the freak snow and ice storm we had the owner checked on people and asked if we needed anything. Once things started to thaw he was on site getting the water back going. The facility could be a nice place. Except... the staff, specifically the manager is abusive. The…read morepark has a 7 mph speed limit, which is a nice safe speed. Except the turn in with large culvert from a 50mph frontage road makes it dangerous. Especially when the manager will threaten to kick you out if you don't come to a complete stop while a semi barrels down at you on the frontage road. When we addressed our safety concern and the fact that the speed limit sign is posted at the end of the turn, not at the entrance, she told us that she didn't care if we got hit and if we had a problem to find another park because she has a waiting list. We have been here for 4 months. DO NOT COME TO THIS PARK!

Bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean and nice. They have recently black topped roads and sites. They have recently added lots of new concrete sites also. The WIFI is inconsistent and they have told residents "to live with it" The construction fills the day with noise and the highway provides the noise pollution at night. Manager is a toxic gossiper that meddles in everyone's business and she throws loud parties on her own porch every night. Stay away, stay somewhere else.
